„The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days.”

„Spędziliśmy razem czas od 6 do 10 kwietnia. Drugiego dnia pobytu odkryliśmy niedrogie miejsce z doskonałym domowym jedzeniem i wspaniałą obsługą - Alkasik Lokantasi. Zajęliśmy pokój na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na Bosfor, oszałamiający widok!!!! A teraz o szczegółach) Zameldowaliśmy się późno, po 23:00, pokój był mniejszy niż wyglądał na zdjęciu, niektóre ręczniki nie były świeże i śmierdziały, umywalka była brudna, poprosiliśmy - naprawili ją, wymienili, posprzątali, następnego dnia dali nam darmowe pudełko rachatłukum i herbatę i ponownie przeprosili. W razie gdyby ktoś nie zauważył, kolejka przebiega tuż pod oknami! Pociągi elektryczne zaczynają kursować około godziny szóstej. Jeśli śpisz z zamkniętymi oknami, to nie ma problemu, ale my spaliśmy z otwartymi oknami, a ja mam lekki sen, więc budziłem się kilka razy dziennie, wezwanie do modlitwy, również około godziny szóstej. Ale to samo zdarza się w całym mieście.”

„Best location to be in Istanbul! Near the tourist spots (walking distance). All staff are warm and friendly. Staff is quick to arrange transport to and fro airport, and other destinations. Room: bed was comfortable. Has sofa bed to accommodate my 2 kids. Overall good hotel and definitely would want to come visit Istanbul again and stay in this hotel!”

„Great location, good reception service. Delicious breakfast and service at breakfast. But Hamam and massage service manager was useless and not friendly. Hamam was very cold and after a massage we were asked to use a cold Hamam which really killed the experience as we were freezing. Not worth the money.”

„The room was super old. Especially carpet….. it was all filthy, with a million of stains and was giving very very bad smell in the room. But everything was working, no complaints about shower or lights…. We were staying 3 days and all 3 days near next room stayed tray with dirty dishes! We said about this twice on reception and no actions were taken…… No sound isolation in the rooms! If you have sensitive sleep and no earplugs with you, you won’t sleep.  Breakfast was very nice, restaurant area very clean, having vale is a great comfort for Istanbul, and parking was included in the cost of the room.”

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.

The hotel's location is superb, literally right in the scenic area. Famous attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and Hippodrome are all within a 5-minute walk. When we got tired, we'd just pop back to the hotel for a rest, or even to use the restroom, haha! Check-in was smooth. We arrived at 10 AM, and the front desk staff warmly helped us find a clean room. The hotel is huge, made up of 17 villas, and a bellboy drove us to our room in a golf cart. It was quite a trek, up and down, and our room was at the very back, facing the street with the tram. Surprisingly, the tram noise didn't disturb our sleep at all; we were just too exhausted. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but thankfully we were only staying for two nights. I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant. The 150-year-old building itself is where breakfast is served, and during the day, tourists love to take photos outside. The vegetable salad was so sour it tasted like straight vinegar, and the steak was tough and overly salty. At 8000 lira, it was a disappointing meal.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. The hotel boasts a good location, very close to the T1 tram station. It's within walking distance to the mosque and Hagia Sophia. There's a coffee shop nearby, which is a great option for breakfast if your stay doesn't include it. There's also a Kash handmade soap shop close by, perfect for souvenirs. I booked the most basic room type. The room was quite small, but the bathroom was huge, which made for a strange layout. It did have a balcony though. My friend's room layout was more standard. Around 6:30 AM, the call to prayer was extremely loud. I didn't know about it the first day and it woke me up with a start. The night shift receptionist was handsome and very nice. He was happy to answer all our questions and even gave us good advice on where to exchange money. He was very helpful with directions. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Aside from the small room, everything else was great.

We stayed from 31 December to 2 January, and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional — every single person was warm, kind, and welcoming. The manager was especially wonderful, and even her two dogs added such a homely, comforting touch. We felt safe at all times, which meant a lot, especially over New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We also enjoyed excellent wine during our stay. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy, and on the 31st we were able to walk safely to the Karaköy waterfront to watch the fireworks.

The hotel seemed decent at first glance, but the price is significantly inflated. Our room was on the 14th floor, thanks to the reception. Upon entering, we found a broken mug and glass, which were only replaced on the third day. The staff tries very hard, to the point where it feels overbearing, almost like you're being watched. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was old and saggy, with two thick, mismatched mattress toppers piled on top, making it feel like sleeping on lumps. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the windows were filthy. The hygiene product bottles were old, with worn-off labels, indicating they're not replaced but simply refilled. This is unappealing, and it's unclear what they're refilling them with. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly, but getting information about where things are, like the cafe, pool, and sauna opening hours, was difficult. Breakfast for all 8 days was monotonous and very sparse. Common areas, however, were clean throughout.

This was my first time booking for a guest, and the experience was excellent. The stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Sisli went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The guest was very satisfied with the comfortable room, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. Communication was professional, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely book this hotel again for future guests.

The hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant is also fantastic! But the right side of the hotel is next to a nightclub, which is just awful. I chose a superior room, and everything was great! But the music blared until 5am! We arrived from another country late in the evening and couldn't sleep all night because of the nightclub's blaring music. Our balcony overlooked the nightclub.😂, and we could hear the music in our room as if we were on the dance floor ourselves.🕺🏽💃🏻 The next day, I asked to change to a quieter room. They gave us a standard room, which was smaller than the square meter and had no dressing room or bathroom, but we were complimented with Turkish sweets and fruit. (Remember, I paid for a superior room.) The hotel is very aromatic; there are aroma stations in the hallways, and by the second day, the smell was making me feel sick. The breakfasts are incredible. Novikov is Novikov, even in Africa ❤️🔥  The bar in the evening is superb! The restaurant staff are lovely and always smiling💓 Just don't take rooms on the right side of the hotel.
