[Lokalizacja] Stare miasto w dzielnicy europejskiej znajduje się w odległości 2 km od różnych atrakcji. Pod drzwiami znajduje się tramwaj, który jest wygodny do transportu. [Wyposażenie] Hotel odnowiony ze starego budynku, wystrój i wyposażenie powinny mieć ponad 10 lat. Można tylko powiedzieć, że wszystko, co powinno się tam znaleźć, jest dostępne, a ci, którzy gonią za modą i trendami, mogą to zignorować. [Higiena] Nie znaleziono żadnych problemów [Obsługa] Trochę na uboczu i traktuje wszystkich jednakowo, łącznie z członkami. [Catering] Obiad podano powoli (co jest częstym problemem w Europie), ale dania były nadal zimne, a ser nie był zgrillowany. Wydaje mi się, że gotowe dania nie zostały odpowiednio podgrzane. Inne: Hotel przyjmuje wiele japońskich grup wycieczkowych i grup wycieczkowych z Tajwanu. Występuje problem ze szczytami posiłków grupowych na śniadanie, ale wszystko inne jest całkiem dobre.

Absolutely beautiful view, and good location in the city next to some well-known spots (including near a trolley stop). Everyone was very courteous, breakfast buffet was expansive and hospitable. Thanks for a great end to our stay in Türikye!

The room was super old. Especially carpet….. it was all filthy, with a million of stains and was giving very very bad smell in the room. But everything was working, no complaints about shower or lights…. We were staying 3 days and all 3 days near next room stayed tray with dirty dishes! We said about this twice on reception and no actions were taken…… No sound isolation in the rooms! If you have sensitive sleep and no earplugs with you, you won’t sleep.  Breakfast was very nice, restaurant area very clean, having vale is a great comfort for Istanbul, and parking was included in the cost of the room.

Best location to be in Istanbul! Near the tourist spots (walking distance). All staff are warm and friendly. Staff is quick to arrange transport to and fro airport, and other destinations. Room: bed was comfortable. Has sofa bed to accommodate my 2 kids. Overall good hotel and definitely would want to come visit Istanbul again and stay in this hotel!

Cześć, pojechaliśmy tam, bo to był 5-gwiazdkowy hotel, ale zasługuje tylko na 3 gwiazdki, lokalizacja jest dobra, ale hotel wymaga remontu ze względu na transport. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, nie jedliśmy lunchu ani kolacji w hotelu, zawsze jedliśmy na zewnątrz, śniadanie było wliczone w cenę, ale to również nam nie odpowiadało. Swoją drogą, zarezerwowaliśmy pokój na trip.com, cena była rozsądna, nie wrócimy tam ponownie, chyba że hotel zostanie odnowiony.

I do not recommend this hotel at all although it is good location and room but the people in reception and security guards are unprofessional at all in dealing the guests specialy on the entrance they do not allowed food and drinks to force you to buy from their resturant ,this is the first time I face that!!!!! They have to put professional people in these locations .

The hotel overall is ok. The roof top terrace is nice However, room service is disappointing. We booked a room for 3 persons. But everything in the room only provide for 2 persons, except an extra bed was provided. Shampoo conditioner and body lotion were not filled up properly. What was the worst, our bed was 6 feets wide, but there was an extra 5 feets mattress laid on top of the 6 feets mattress, I don't know why, as a result, it came out a step on one side of the bed. I had report to the room service staff. They said they would fix it properly for me. However, the situation was the same for the next 2 days.

Na etykiecie żywności śniadaniowej nie podano, że szynka z indyka halal pokazuje tylko makaron z szynką, więc nie smakowało nam to. Mam nadzieję, że hotel prawidłowo oznaczy jedzenie, ponieważ jest tam wielu muzułmańskich gości Inne posiłki w formie bufetu były miłe. Restauracja śniadaniowa na poziomie 9 ma również ładny widok. Lokalizacja była dobra i łatwa do znalezienia. Autobus z obu lotnisk zaparkowany tuż obok hotelu. Zatrzymam się ponownie, jeśli odwiedzę Stambuł i polecę krewnym i przyjaciołom. Dziękuję

However, there was a serious issue with noise. The rooms next to mine were very noisy. I returned to my room around 3:00 AM, but early in the morning the neighboring guests left their door open and were talking and shouting loudly. Because of this, I was not able to sleep properly. I hope the hotel management will take stronger measures to control noise and ensure a quiet and comfortable environment for all guests. Thank you
