„We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!”

„Room is spacious with private hot spring bath. The hot spring is huge and spring water is very hot. Location is not too bad as it’s away from the hustle bustle so it’s quiet. There is a nearby hot spring garden where you can soak leg and have a good massage!”

„The hotel is honestly overrated. Although it’s quite comfortable I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew they didn’t have hot springs inside, although it’s mentioned in description. Check in process was all online and quite smooth if you do it beforehand, it was convenient that you can leave your luggage before actual check in and after. The location is quite distant from train station , if you plan to move around a lot you’d better find a better option. Overall it was good experience but it seemed to me you can get more for this price in other hotels. And be prepared, your room might face inner garden (another building- which makes it a choice to have inner lights or face other windows right out of your bed)”

„This is a hotel that is still in its trial opening. Only a few rooms are available for booking and some facilities are not available yet. The hardware is not bad but the software of running the hotel day to day is not there yet. The breakfast is a vegetarian tasting menu, food is good but concept is unusual for breakfasts. I do feel it’s overpriced at this point. The staff are friendly and doing their best.”

„It appears to be a renovated old hotel. The exterior features a Western style that resonates with the old-fashioned interior design, expressing a sense of classic luxury. I assume it must have been quite popular when it first opened. The room’s interior preserves its elegant, traditional style, and the maintenance is impressively well done. The hot spring bathtub easily deserves a 10/10, and the quality of the hot spring water is guaranteed. That said, old buildings inevitably come with certain drawbacks. For example, the sewage system can be relatively loud, which may be an issue for guests who require a very quiet environment to sleep. Fortunately, the soundproofing was decent—at least in my room. Overall, considering the reasonable price, there is little to complain about. Although the location is not particularly close to the station, it is near the fantastic Thermal Valley and many scenic hiking routes, which is definitely a plus. 🙂”

„Nie rozmawiajmy o starych udogodnieniach hotelowych. Personel jest pozbawiony entuzjazmu i obojętny. Instrukcje nie są jasne. Budynek 2 jest zamknięty z powodu remontu, a Budynek 3 nadal działa. Hol odprawy znajduje się w Budynku 2. Po otrzymaniu klucza do pokoju nasza grupa udała się prosto do windy w Budynku 2, aby wejść na górę. Podczas tego procesu byliśmy głośni i hałaśliwi, gdy odbieraliśmy walizki. Dwie grupy osób zajmowały stanowisko obsługi obok nas. Nie mogę uwierzyć, że żaden z pracowników nie zauważył, że jesteśmy dużą grupą ludzi. Ani jeden pracownik nie wyszedł, aby powiedzieć nam, że to nie jest to piętro. Czy wasz personel nie pomógł nam wciągnąć bagażu do holu Budynku 2? ! Grupa starszych osób przeciągnęła swój bagaż na różne piętra. Po wyjściu z windy odkryli, że nie są na właściwej drodze i wrócili do holu po ciemku! Żaden z pracowników tego nie zauważył ani się nie pojawił. Gdzie poszedł personel waszego hotelu? Czy przed chwilą nie było 3 osób przy ladzie i jednej w holu? ! Absolutnie niemożliwe jest, aby żaden personel nie zauważył, że duża grupa z nas poszła na niewłaściwe piętro! Czujesz się tak, jakbyś chował się w ciemnościach i robił sobie z nas żarty. Im więcej o tym myślę, tym bardziej się wściekam! Udogodnienia w pokoju są zwyczajne i staromodne. Prysznic w wannie jest wyposażony w zasłonę prysznicową, a reszta jest po prostu przeciętna. Basen z gorącym źródłem znajduje się pod ziemią i wchodzi się do niego przez inne drzwi. Personel recepcji jest również obojętny, ściśle mówiąc, jest niegrzeczny! Zaletami całego pobytu w hotelu jest to, że udogodnienia w gorącym źródle są czyste i higieniczne, otoczenie jest dobre, a temperatura wody źródlanej jest komfortowa. Niestety, kończy się o 21:00. Śniadanie serwowane przez hotel jest obfite i pyszne. W rzeczywistości lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra, niedaleko portu rybackiego i Geoparku Yehliu, a w okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji serwujących owoce morza.”

„The room was lovely. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and quite delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The view from the hotel was pretty. The hot and cold pools are nice, but a bit strange that they close the pools from 12pm-2pm.”

„Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.”
