Great private room spa, facilities new and clean, excellent buffet breakfast with a lot of food options, will visit again next time

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.

Absolutnie uwielbiam to miejsce! Personel jest bardzo przyjazny, a onsen jest czysty i dobrze utrzymany. Są 3 baseny zewnętrzne i 2 kryte, a także łaźnia parowa i sauna, które zapewniają relaksujące wrażenia. Obiekt jest otwarty zarówno na jednodniowe wycieczki, jak i noclegi, ale nocleg jest znacznie lepszy, jeśli chcesz spędzić czas bardziej spokojnie i bez pośpiechu. Jest dostępny fotel do masażu, ale jest płatny. Śniadanie jest również pyszne i zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny. Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja — nie jest zbyt wygodna i wymaga trochę chodzenia. Jeśli podróżujesz na lekko, jest to możliwe. Mają płatny autobus wahadłowy, ale jego rozkład nie jest najlepszy. Spacer może być przyjemny, jeśli pogoda jest ładna, lub możesz zdecydować się na taksówkę. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, zdecydowanie zarezerwuję to miejsce ponownie ze względu na relaksującą atmosferę!

The entrance is right in front of Gora Station, so transportation wouldn't be an issue. Plenty of shops and places to eat around the station, but they close pretty early. The front desk staff can speak English and explained everything clearly, from the type of onsen, the bathing hours, meals, and how to get to our rooms (it was in a separate building). The onsen are great, the outdoor private bathtub is great, but the water cools off pretty quickly in winter. The room is very spacious and they also provide an extra futon. I could do a bit of work comfortably in the rooms while resting. They have a bunch of amenities at the lobby, you could make tea, coffee, get some ice cream and bring them to your rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very delicious. You need reservations for meals since the seats are limited.

Расположен в 12-15 минутах ходьбы от ж.д. станции Хаконе Юмото. Отель старенький. Заселяли полдня, не могли найти наше бронирование через trip.com, пришлось обратиться в службу поддержки. Выдают юкаты (одинаковые для мужчин и женщин). Брали тематический ужин и завтрак, очень понравилась тонко нарезанная говядина кобе, которая готовиться на горелке на столе. Остальные закуски не понравились. Обслуживание очень медленное, заказанное пиво ждали двадцать минут и принесли только после напоминания. Просили в качестве гарнира рис, но его так и не принесли. Онсен раздельный, крытый бассейнчик и два чана одноместных на балконе. В понедельник людей было мало. Как опыт пойдет, но больше сюда не вернёмся, поищем что то посовременнее.

Arrived Haneda airport late. Took taxi to the hotel. ¥4400. Reasonable. Hotel service is excellent, realised I had claustrophobic and arranged a higher floor room for me. I stayed in 5 stars hotel before and they did not notice my request.  So Dormy Inn did provide a good service. The Natural spa on the upper floor is very good. Also the evening free noodle from 9:30pm. Highly recommend.  離羽田機場很近，坐計程車只要¥4400。 早上在川崎去品川很方便。天然溫泉很有日本風味，早餐很地道。性價比高。知道我有密室幽閉症，特別安排房間。之前住五星級酒店，也沒有留意我的要求。所以很讚這所酒店。我來日本也經常住這連鎖酒店Dormy Inn.  很推薦👍

Check in took quite some time as there were many guests checking in at 3pm. The hotel has a western ryokan feel. It has 2 onsens which they alternate between men and women and I suggest going to both. The one on level 5 has a waterfall view. Dinner was buffet style and the variety was great. I super love the fresh Sashimi, the miso soup, the tempura and sushi, snow crab etc. Room was clean and spacious with our own outdoor Onsen bath. Would love to come back.

Jeśli odwiedzisz Hakone, musisz zostać! Jest to 15 minut spacerem od stacji Hakone Yumoto, lub możesz zapłacić 200 jenów, aby wziąć tam autobus. Możesz tam dostarczyć bagaż za pomocą bagażu w dworcu kolejowym (za opłatę). Miejsce jest czyste i najlepiej, jest tak wiele perks pobyt tutaj. Po pierwsze, jest darmowe prywatne onsen (pod warunkiem, że pierwszy przyjść pierwszy serwować). Po drugie, obiad i śniadanie są dostarczane. Wystarczy wybrać preferowany czas lot i kierunek do restauracji. Jedzenie było smaczne, a serwacja była również hojna. Są one również obsługują darmowe ramen w 10.30pm, chociaż to była tylko prosta miska nudów. Istnieją również darmowe napoje dostarczone w L1 i L3, a także niektóre darmowe przekąski, jak również w lobby hotelu.

アルコール、ドリンク、パン、スープ、デザートなど無料の物が多くて凄く良かった！コミックコーナー、ダーツ、カラオケ、レンタルサイクルなどもあり充実してました！また泊まりたいです

I would really love to visit again. So conveniently located at togendai port. Just 5mins walk from back exit. Staff are international and speaks good english. Love the food and free flow alcohol at buffet. I booked private onsen for my family 3000yen for 40mins. Clean and comfortable. There is shuttle bus service from odawara station. Taked abt an hour. Prebook with the hotel for the shuttle bus to and from odawara. It's probably a lil pricey compared to other hotels but it's not the most expensive and I think it's worth it.
