„We booked the highest floor with exclusive free flow of drinks from 12 noon to 10 pm. We get priority in service and breakfast was good with many offerings of their local delicacies like seaweed grapes, brown sugar and such. The private Onsen in our room with the beautiful sea view and the direct view of the landing pad of the airport and the reach of eateries just below the hotel with a 2 minutes drive. Location was quite central to the places we planned to visit and throughly enjoyed our stay there. Recommend you pay a little more for the exclusive member deal and will definitely stay there if we visit Okinawa again.”

„The hotel and its ocean view from the room are very beautiful. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful. The location is good too. There are plenty of good restaurants around, and not long driving to Manzamo and Nago. I stayed for 2 nights, and if you do not require any room making and cleaning, you can get a ¥1000 voucher which can be used in the hotel e.g. hotel shop. I think this generous initiative is very effective and win-win to save resources while boost spending. However, please note that hotel will charge parking fee. I will definitely stay again in my next visit!”

Its most appealing aspect is undoubtedly its location. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Naminoue Shrine and conveniently close to Naminoue Beach, making it an ideal base for those planning a leisurely trip to Naha city. You can stroll to the beach during the day to enjoy the sea views, then return to the hotel in the evening to soak in the hot springs, effectively relieving the day's fatigue. The hotel's natural hot spring originates from approximately 500 meters underground, and its well-equipped open-air baths and saunas add an extra layer of relaxation to the stay. (Ryukyu Resort) While there were front desk staff to assist during check-in, the process was mainly completed via self-service machines. This isn't difficult for travelers familiar with self-service operations, but first-time users might need a bit of time to adjust. The overall process is quite modernized, which also helps reduce waiting times. However, there's one point about this hotel that must be understood before booking. The hotel is located in the Naha Tsuji area, which is a more established entertainment district. At night, you'll see many adult entertainment venues, and the atmosphere of the street differs from typical tourist areas. For couples or friends traveling together, this may not be a major issue; however, families with young children might need to consider the surrounding environment when deciding if it suits their travel needs. Additionally, self-driving travelers should pay close attention to parking fees. The hotel's parking lot charges by the hour, and rates vary significantly depending on the duration of stay. Whether it's an hourly charge, a 12-hour plan, or a 24-hour plan, there's a noticeable difference in fees. If you plan to park continuously for an entire day, it's recommended to confirm the most cost-effective charging method with the front desk upon check-in to avoid unintentional additional expenses. Overall, Hotel Sansui is not a luxurious resort but a city hotel that combines convenient transportation, natural hot springs, and comfortable amenities. It's well-suited for couples, partners, or self-driving travelers as a base for exploring Naha city. If you're aware of the surrounding environment and parking regulations beforehand, you can more freely enjoy the beauty of Naminoue Shrine, Naminoue Beach, and the laid-back pace of Naha. For me, the greatest charm here isn't luxury, but the ability to soak in the warm 'Naminoue-no-Yu' after finishing my daily itinerary, truly allowing my mind and body to settle. This simple sense of healing is the most comfortable happiness in travel.”

„The location is great, right in the centre of the American Valley, 5 mins walk to the sunset beach. lots of cafe and restaurants around. They offer free Onsen. The breakfast is quite good. Staff are very friendly. Also got Limousine to the airport. Had a very lovely stay there.”

To jest problem hotelu, ale poprosiliśmy hotel o pomoc w przeniesieniu dwóch walizek, ale zostały one ostro odrzucone. Kiedy się meldowaliśmy, w hotelu powiedziano, że w celu zapewnienia rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego na drugą noc pobrano od nas opłatę z góry (gotówką). Ale drugiej nocy nadal nie było miejsca parkingowego... Na kuponie śniadaniowym widnieje informacja, że ​​śniadanie trwa do godziny 10, a ostatnie zamówienie można złożyć o godzinie 09:30. Ale kiedy przyjechaliśmy o 09:00, nie było już wszystkiego, nawet najprostszych jajek. Po przesłuchaniu hotel stwierdził, że składniki są niewystarczające i nie zostaną uzupełnione. „We arrived very late on the night of September 8th and were so impressed with the front desk team. They were welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process seamless. Our room was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. A huge thank you to the staff for making our stay so comfortable from the very first moment. Highly recommend!”

„Stayed for 1 night at the hotel and everything was perfect. Feeling welcomed at the door with the staff greeting us and checking with our booking, followed by a welcome matcha and mochi then the check-in procedures. Since we booked the plan with dinner and breakfast, we got the time to enjoy the public bath area before heading to the restaurant for a scrumptious dinner, with sunset as the backdrop. Breakfast on the next day is also a pleasant surprise with the Japanese set breakfast and free flow on pancakes that you can make on your own at the pancake machine, which is a satisfying if you crave for a taste of Western style breakfast. I would love to stay in this hotel again when revisiting Okinawa next time!”
