Hotele Hot Springs w: Osaka Prefecture, Japan

This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.

Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

Just got back from an awesome stay at this onsen hotel right next to Hommachi Station in Osaka, and I honestly loved it! The location is super convenient – literally steps away from Hommachi Station. You can jump on the subway in no time, and getting to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, or anywhere else is a breeze. The onsen was the best part. The hot springs felt amazing after a long day walking around the city. But what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They were smiling the whole time and went out of their way to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even explained the onsen rules so I didn’t feel awkward. It made the whole stay feel really warm and welcoming.

Room is small but overall is OK. We have stayed for 2 nights but unfortunately our own bring towel has went missing after housekeeping. We didn’t highlight this to reception as trust that the staffs have accidentally took it/ throw it. This is first time that our own bring towels has been taken by housekeeping.

Stayed here for our last night in Japan. First timer staying at this establishment. Excellent location just that need to walk quite a bit from the Kansai airport, thats all. About 10 minutes walk, no biggie. But beware! the hotel lobby counters are manned by dinosaurs!🤣 Great onsens, rooms were excellent with wonderful views of the sea side but like usual, dont expect great space for your luggage in the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future nevertheless.

Byłem sceptyczny przed wejściem, ale to była przyjemna niespodzianka. Mają indywidualne szafki do butów, aby zablokować buty, nawet zapewniają skarpetki, aby chodzić po hotelu. Pokój jest bardzo czysty i pachnie dobrze, łóżko jest tak wygodne, że tak dobrze spałem. Szampon i klimatyzator, mycie twarzy i rąk były bardzo dobrej jakości i zapewniono niezbędne udogodnienia. Chociaż jest to public onsen, kocham myśląc bezpłatne lody po onsen, które poszedł raz przez 3 noce pobytu, jedyną złą pamięć była to, że w obszarze prysznicu mogłem zapach mocz. Innym niż to wszystko było doskonałe. Stacja pociągów jest bardzo blisko, dużo jedzenia w pobliżu i Lawson jest tuż obok. Chciałbym zarezerwować ten hotel ponownie, kiedy wrócę do Osaki.

Ładna lokalizacja. Stare udogodnienia, renowacja w sąsiedztwie. Klasyczny pokój japoński. Śniadanie jest fantastyczne.

I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha.. And you have refill water on lobby area So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good... Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much.. And I do take the breakfast is delicious

SUPER HOTEL Premier Namba Shinsaibashi Natural Hot Spring jest dogodnie położony w pobliżu wielu atrakcji, zwłaszcza głównych atrakcji, takich jak Dotonbori, co ułatwia zwiedzanie okolicy. Lobby hotelu było czyste, ładne i wygodne. Pokój był ogólnie czysty i wygodny, z wystarczającą ilością miejsca na przyjemny pobyt, choć w niektórych miejscach było trochę kurzu. Toaleta była nieco ciasna, ale wanna była miłym dodatkiem. Dostępne udogodnienia były doskonałe, a szeroki wybór napojów do wyboru w lobby, dostosowany do potrzeb gości, sprawił, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej komfortowy. Jednym z atutów hotelu były bezpłatne napoje alkoholowe serwowane każdego wieczoru. To była świetna okazja, aby spróbować różnych rodzajów drinków i zrelaksować się po dniu pełnym wrażeń. Hotel posiada również onsen, który był czysty i wygodny, co czyni go idealnym miejscem na relaks i regenerację sił po męczącym dniu zwiedzania. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel zapewnia dobry komfort, przemyślane udogodnienia i świetną lokalizację, dzięki czemu jest dobrym wyborem dla osób odwiedzających Nambę i Shinsaibashi.

Pokój hotelowy jest bardzo czysty i przestronny, znacznie lepszy niż się spodziewałem na podstawie kwoty, którą zapłaciłem (połowa ceny w porównaniu do podobnych hoteli w okolicy Osaka Umeda). Możesz zobaczyć Universal Studio Roller Coaster bezpośrednio z okna. Jednak nadal jest to jeden przystanek pociągu od Universal Studio, co zajmuje około 10 minut spacerem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w tym hotelu :)
