This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.

I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha..
And you have refill water on lobby area
So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good...
Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much..
And I do take the breakfast is delicious

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. In particular, the room was spacious and clean, the free drinks in the afternoon were nice, and the onsen included a sauna, which I used daily. Check in and check out were quick, and staff were professional. The location is very close to Ebisucho station, which meant easy transportation to the KIX airport. There is also Tennoji Park nearby, which is great for a stroll.
I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd.
Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.
The room was neat, clean and feeling new.
However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings.
Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day.
Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.
Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time.
The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner.
The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

Chciałbym zarezerwować ten hotel ponownie, kiedy wrócę do Osaki.

Located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, making it very convenient and ideal for travelers who want to explore the area. The room is not large, but it is quite comfortable. I also enjoyed the 24/7 sauna and onsen on the top floor, and the view from there was lovely.
I accidentally left a personal belonging after check-out, and the team was very helpful in assisting me. However, the breakfast could be improved (as shown in the photo), as it was not particularly impressive.

First time in Osaka and Hotel Midosuji is conveniently located right next to Namba train stations for easy access to other locations. Strategically placed, step outside of property and you're already within minutes from Dotonbori shopping district. There's an in house onsen for both men and women on separate floors. The room is clean and simple with all the basic amenities. Will stay here for future visits.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.
AAishuijuedeCCCThe hot spring pool is a bit small, but it's natural and has a massage jet, so you can soak late into the night. It's really relaxing and helps you sleep well afterwards. Breakfast is just average, but it's enough. The bedroom is quite large, especially compared to other hotels in Japan, which is a plus.
GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient, very close to Dotonbori. The Japanese-style interior design and tatami flooring felt really fresh and new. The onsen (hot spring bath) experience was fantastic, and the complimentary ice cream afterward was so refreshing. The free ramen in the evening was also very popular. Being so close to dining and shopping, it's an ideal choice for tourists looking to sightsee and shop.
GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. Fukushima Station is right outside the hotel, and Umeda is just one stop away, making it incredibly handy. There's a convenience store downstairs, a yakitori place right across the street, and even a delicious revolving sushi restaurant on the hotel's first basement floor – all excellent dining options! A pretty famous Oden restaurant (about a 7-8 minute walk away) is also worth checking out! Our family of four had a great rest with the four beds provided. Plus, it's not far from Universal Studios either.
Ssingin-LThis hotel has a hot spring, and complimentary alcoholic beverages and Häagen-Dazs ice cream are available in the afternoon. Plus, there are different activities offered daily at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for guests to experience.
It's very close to the subway station, with a convenience store and a convenience store restaurant nearby, which is super handy. Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai Market are right across the street.
There are also many anime shops in the area, and Kuromon Market is just a short walk away.
It's definitely worth staying here.
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic. Close to universal studios,train station and lots of convenient stores. The room was small for three men but managed to make it work. The under the sea theme rooms are impressive and the window view good but if you want a better view go up to the onsen and you'll have a spectacular view of the city. For an extra few dollars give the onsen a try it is amazing
GGuest UserIt is conveniently located next to the Universal Studio and also a JR train station. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very new and clean with all the modern electrical switches set up in the room. We love the hot bath facility which is big and can accommodate many without feeling crowded. The hotel is a bit far from the shopping districts in Osaka but it offers a quiet and enjoyable stay. There is a big indoor car park which makes it convenient for those who drive. We would stay at Liber Hotel again next time we are in the area.
OOlpl+The location was really nice, very serene with lots of mountains surrounding the ryokan;
+Relatively easy to access (pretty far from Osaka, but close to the train station);
+Staff speaks English, so you shouldn't have issues with communication;
+They have a lot of instructions/maps/manuals on how to fully enjoy the ryokan, so you shouldn't have trouble figuring out the basics.
~Food was mostly ok, nothing bad or spectacular, good portions;
~Although they do have some SPA elements, it's really not a lot (basically nothing except hot springs and massage)
-It's certainly on the older side (not in the sense of it being particularly historical, rather that it would benefit from some renovations), but maybe that adds to the ambiance for some people;
-The actual inn territory is rather small, so you won't have much to explore without going outside.
Overall, I think it's a good first ryokan to familiarize yourself with the culture a bit, but I wouldn't necessarily refer to it as particularly impressive/authentic experience.

JjbbfbbMe and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka.
