Najważniejszą rzeczą, o której należy pamiętać w przypadku hotelu Mark Grand, jest to, że Mapy Google pokazują dwa hotele Mark Grand, z czego jeden jest błędny. Upewnij się, że znajdziesz poprawny adres. Mark Grand to przemianowany i prawdopodobnie ulepszony, ekskluzywny hotel w Saitamie. Znajduje się kilka przystanków pociągiem od Ueno i można tam dotrzeć na kilka sposobów, w zależności od tego, czy jedziesz, powiedzmy, ze Shinjuku, czy z Ueno. Pokoje są nieskazitelnie czyste, wyposażone w ekspres do kawy, nawilżacz powietrza i możliwość sprzątania pokoju w wybrane dni (nie codziennie). Obsługa klienta w hotelu JP, jak zawsze, jest doskonała i chociaż śniadanie w formie bufetu się nie zmienia, wybór jest więcej niż wystarczający, aby zaspokoić podniebienie podczas tygodniowego pobytu. Na drugim piętrze znajduje się kawiarnia Lawson oraz doskonała siłownia, basen i spa (nie jest to onsen). Niestety, centrum sportowe nie jest bezpłatne i trzeba uiścić niewielką opłatę (1200 jenów), ale zdecydowanie warto. Hotel jest niezwykle popularny wśród starszych mieszkańców i warto odwiedzić go w godzinach mniejszego ruchu. W pobliżu znajduje się centrum handlowe Cocoon, w którym nie ma tłumów, a ponieważ hotel znajduje się w centrum biznesowym, można spotkać tam tylko pracowników biurowych, a nie irytujących turystów z Zachodu. Gorąco polecam również Muzeum Kolejnictwa w Saitamie, oddalone zaledwie o dwa przystanki. Jeśli znasz pociągi linii JP i nie przeszkadza Ci krótki dojazd, gorąco polecam ten hotel.

Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

温泉がとても綺麗で、露天風呂が特にお肌がツルツルになり良かったです。 夜ご飯も和食で美味しく、丁度良い量でした。 21時からは無料でラーメンも1杯食べられます。 朝はビュッフェタイプでどれも美味しかったです。 お部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。 また秩父に行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations. Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities. Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Petite de coin de tranquillité à 10 minutes à pied de la gare locale. Possibilité de Shuttle avec l’hôtel . Nous avons séjourné pour le festival de chichibua Matsuri La chambre et le personnel était très agréable. On a bien pu se reposer dans notre onsen privée et le petit déjeuner japonais est très sympa (servis à partir de 8am) Parfait pour un retrait au calme du bruit de Tokyo m découvrir la nature environnante

初めて利用させて頂きましたが、とても良いホテルでした。スタッフの方々が皆さん親切で丁寧に対応して下さいました。ホテル室内、温泉、ラウンジの清潔感が保たれており気持ちよく利用できました。環境に配慮した取り組みをされていらっしゃるところも共感でき素晴らしいなと思いました。子ども連れだったので、駅からほど近いのもありがたかったです。

ツインを取りたかったけど、部屋のタイプがラン・オブ・ザ・ハウスというものだったので心配していたのですが、ダブルサイズのベットとシングルロフト（ちょっと小さめ？）のベットがあり、社会人の息子と一緒でも十分ゆっくり眠れました。空気清浄機も常設でおいてあり、快適でした。 天然温泉もついていて、かなり歩いた足腰が癒されましたし、朝食も美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.
