Hotele Hot Springs w: Lam Dong Province, Vietnam

An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside. It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place. It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated. I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious and magical! 🩷 The Gothic Renaissance design is stunning, with every detail screaming five-star quality. Our room was spacious, incredibly cozy, and beautiful, all crafted from wood. The bathroom and fixtures were perfect. The electronic toilet was super convenient, and the shower was lovely. The bed was ideal – large and fluffy. Definitely get a room with a balcony; you'll adore it! 🩷 Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary delicious cake and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive, and the housekeeping was top-notch. If you stay here, you'll never regret it. A hotel like this, with such beauty and quality, is a rare find. You won't want to leave afterward; it's just too comfortable. The thermal rooms and sauna are so beautiful, meticulously designed to ensure a wonderful retreat. Breakfast is à la carte, and the barista makes excellent coffee. And the pastries, oh, they're divine – you absolutely have to try them. There's no exaggeration in my review. Even the gentleman who greeted us was wonderful; he helped with our luggage and was very attentive, showing us to our room. Everyone here smiles and is genuinely happy to see you. The mini-bar even stocked rare and delicious imported beer. Renaissance-era paintings are everywhere. The entire hotel's design will surely captivate you. We frequently visit Da Lat, and this hotel has truly captured our hearts. 💔 We will definitely be back. Thank you! 🩷

Awesome place to stay to get away. Resort style getaway, access to beach, swimming pools and food on site was fairly priced. Everyone was friendly, we needed the time away since we were in HCM for a week prior and this place had good swimming pool and play thing for kids. Didn’t get chance to check the playground and kids club as it wasn’t opened on days we were there

Решил, оставить отзыв, так как при поиске и выборе не мог найти информацию об этом отеле в русскоязычной среде. Мы были с семьёй в сентябре по программе all inclusive и остались очень довольны,100% семейный отель. Он свежий, это чувствуется по всему: мебели, бассейну, ресепшену, ресторану и шезлонгам. В основном в отели вьетнамцы, русских процентов 10% не больше. Самое главное на мой взгляд - персонал отеля. Все до единого расположены к отдыхающим, приветливые, всегда подсказывают (через переводчик иногда), помогают и решают абсолютно все запросы. Аниматоры крутые - всегда предлагают разные конкурсы, игры, вечером увлекательные программы для детей, а потом и для взрослых. В отеле есть большая детская комната и игровые автоматы, теннисный стол и бильярд. Кухня на любой вкус: азиатская, европейская, много морепродуктов и отдельное питание для детей (макароны есть всегда), а также свежие фрукты. Как известно дьявол кроется в мелочах. И тут всё учтено: жилеты для детей, тапочки и халаты в номере, стульчики детские со столиком, трансфер до рыбацкой деревни, подъём чемоданов, спасатели на море и в бассейне, на территории даже есть медицинский кабинет. Удобно расположен бассейн, есть водные горки для взрослых и детей, рядом снек и пляжный бары. Море в сентябре немного грязноватое было. Добираться до отеля 3 часа на машине из аэропорта, но оно того стоит. Прекрасный вид из номера, тихо, чисто, чуть ли не каждый день меняли постельное бельё, но не всегда хорошо протирали пол, при этом система кондиционирования очень шустрая: 2-3 мин и номер охлажден, удобные матрасы (для меня это было важно). Планируем вернуться снова.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’établissement n’est pas dans le centre de Mui Né mais nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avons même pu avoir une arrivée anticipée gratuite cela a été très apprécié.

Дали номер на 4 этаже. Вид потрясающий. Все чисто, кровати удобные, есть дополнительные подушки. Бассейнов несколько, есть даже джакузи. Вниз-вверх возит шаттл. За свои деньги просто отлично.

The hotel is steps from the beach, making it super convenient! There are so many pools and activities, and the food was ideal for a picky eater like me. The staff speaks English, so I had no trouble communicating at all.
