The hotel is very recommended, there are facilities shutle airport, the driver is also friendly, clean car ... okay room ... the breakfast is also good ... all employees are very friendly ... satisfied with the stay at the hotel t๊อกro last week ...

the place is comfortable, the food is delicious, and it's very clean, the service is very good, for a good relaxing time, close to the mall, the most important thing is because my father and mother feel happy here and my nephew also likes to stay here, thank you chef 'BENDRIS LUMBAN RAJA' for making delicious food delicious delicious 🤗🤤

Very neat clean and spacious rooms, Lifts are also available all time, perfect location and great view of Haram from window. Beautiful sound of Azan and Prayers you can listen in your room. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

My experience staying at the Zuri was pretty good, though the location was a bit complicated for me, and the room was comfortable enough but very small, the swimming pool was very nice Indeed, My daughter loved to swim there. Maybe you can improve on the floor access to the pool, the stairs were slippery and the toilet only one so we had to wait in line for some times. Being able to access transmart from the hotel location by walking distance is surely a plus point for this hotel. Maybe coming back to Stay next time.

Excellent. Nothing problem with all services that are given by Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru. It has good facilities and a nice view. Has nice workout facilities. The breakfast that has been given is good

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

For a satisfactory room, clean, comfortable, cold air conditioner, just happened to be in room 516. The breakfast is okay, the menu is varied. and the pool louange is because after the atmosphere is relaxing.. the second time I came here, I never disappointed.. and thank you to mass ricky for serving and asking for this review very well. success for primpark
