The hotel is ideally located on Itron Bay, near the Voulisma beach, Agios Nikolaos, Eloundao or Ierapetra to reach Chrissi Island by boat. The hotel was a wonderful location for a 5-star hotel! 🙏🙏 The breakfast is a good choice. The hotel has organized a dinner on the bay for a great occasion, it was FIGH! 🙏😁Thanks to all the team for your welcome, generosity and welcome ... We will surely return there!!

we are more than thrilled with the location, the service and the concept of the hotel. Everything here is very well organized down to the smallest detail, it is a boutique hotel with about 15 rooms, but each of them has a sea view, our room even has a large terrace about 10 m long with two loungers, there are also rooms with a whirlpool and the rooms are named after the islands of the Cyclades store. in general the whole hotel is very well organized and the food is also very good. the whole team of the hotel is always very committed to create an extraordinary experience for the guest. We would especially like to thank Maria from the reception, she made this stay a little paradise. The hotel also has a private beach which is very nice, you can go into the sea for more than 100 m and you are still standing with your feet on the bottom of the fine sand. The hotel's pool is also very nice. All in all, we can only warmly recommend the hotel and would like to thank Maria and the whole team

It is very sad situation that there is no beach access for an island resort yet the hotel is very nice and Maro Dyalina is a pearl. Her service is amazing and she make sure all the guests enjoy their stay. Thank you a lot

Very interesting cozy centrally located hotel. Warning, many stairs. Also must be careful to get in writing, confirmation of the exact room you have been promised. We were a couple, and a friend, so needed 2 rooms, next to each other preferably. Why we booked early. We booked the 2 honeymoon suites with balcony on the top floor, 1 year before arrival. 2 weeks before our arrival we emailed hotel to inform them of our arrival time and to confirm our reservation for the 2 honeymoon suites with balcony on the top floor. We received confirmation email confirming our reservation for the 2 honeymoon suites with balcony and that they were on the top floor. The day we arrived we, the couple were given as confirmed, one of the honeymoon suites with balcony on the top floor. Our friend was put in a room in another wing of the hotel in a room with no balcony. She couldn't have been any further away from us the way the hotel is setup. We immediately talked to the receptionist, showed her our emails confirming our reservation and that our friend did not get the honeymoon suite with balcony on the top floor that she had booked, paid for, and was confirmed multiple times by hotel. She told us the owner would talk to us in the morning. In the morning he offered to move our friend to the room down the hall to ours, however it was not the honeymoon suite, as they had given it to a longer term renter. Nothing we could do but accept, at least our friend was close to us and happy with the new room. He also gave us free breakfast for the last 2 days of our stay. We appreciate his effort in trying to right this wrong, but does not change the fact that he did not honour our confirmed reservation in order to accept a longer term renter.

Minos Palace Hotel is the ideal place to book for your stay at Agios Nikolaos. Very privileged location offering unobstructed sea view while the green surroundings of the hotel with hundreds of flowers and trees make the whole scenery being the perfect hermitage. From the time of the check in, we felt like being home as the ladies at the front desk were so helpful giving us excellent recommendations for dining, swimming and activities and also so well escorting us to our spacious room. They offered us a free upgrade and the room was very well designed with many amenities and comfortable mattress. The balcony had an amazing sea view and it was a silent place for enjoying our holidays. I would also like to make a special mention to Ms. Maria at the reception who helped us a lot and was so kind for even allowing us to have a late check out - not to mention that we forgot upon check out a backpack which she promptly arranged to deliver it to me to another destination at no cost. This is so rare to happen to receive such a service at such high standards and I feel grateful of her as well as excited about their hospitality spirit and their treat to their guests! The breakfast staff were also very polite and warm. The breakfast was rich and delicious with a wide variety of Greek products making it unique. I would definitely love to come back and I highly suggest it to potential travellers.

We’re seniors & traveled to this lovely small hotel in a great location in Elounda in September. A warm welcome on arrival by Anna. It’s a 5 minute walk to the restaurants & bars and the marina but the hotel is tranquil Perfect for couples & a great place to relax. The suites are well equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge & hob & the bedroom has a comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe & drawer storage. Up to date bathroom with powerful shower and nice toiletries. Fluffy towels & quality bedlinen which are changed daily. A decent pool & pool bar with good snacks & drinks. . Plenty of sun beds - very comfortable. Steps into pool but the pool is not suitable for children as there isn’t a really shallow area. Breakfast buffet is good with a fine continental breakfast selection. Only improvement would be fresh bread( rather than pre-sliced bread) to slice as required to make toast. Cooked breakfast to order - a wide range on offer & perfectly cooked & presented. The staff at the hotel are all lovely - so happy & friendly. A credit to the establishment! Very helpful with information about the locale. Highly recommended for couples/adults but not ideal for anybody with young children. We plan to return next year!
