"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Miałem wspaniałe doświadczenie lunchu w hotelu Olivia. Jedzenie było absolutnie smaczne, z każdym daniem przygotowanym świeżym i posłużonym w idealnej temperaturze. Jakość, smak i prezentacja były doskonałe. Pracownicy byli bardzo mile widziani, zwłaszcza piaszczysta dribika sumit manoj polite i uważni przez cały nasz wizytę.Zapewnili, że wszystko zostało obsługiwane w czasie i sprawiły, że poczuliśmy się komfortowo od chwili przybycia. Restauracja była czysta, dobrze utrzymana i miała relaksujące atmosfery, co sprawiło, że jest świetnym miejscem na cieszenie się posiłkiem z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi. Bardzo polecam Hotel Olivia wszystkim, którzy szukają pysznej żywności i doskonałej gościnności. Z pewnością odwiedzę ponownie wkrótce!"

"Pokoje są eleganckie i dobre. Dobry, czysty toalety. Czyste. Staff good. Alleppey Beach jest 5 minut spacerem. Oferują one śniadanie uzupełniające. Ten pobyt na plaży ma 8 pokoi dwuosobowych i wygodny pokój jadalny. Nie ma restauracji, ale można zamówić wybór żywności z restauracji alleppey przez swiggy. Private parking na około 3 samochody dostępne. Droga podejścia około 300m to pas, ale niewiele ruchu. W pobliżu kilku domowych pobytów. Chociaż pokoje są z okien z siecią komórek, jeśli utrzymasz pokoje i okna otwarte, mosquito może być problemem."

"The stay was not worth the amount we paid. The room was average, not able to close fully the window curtains, people were walking on veranda and noisy . The service was below standard. The internet was not functional initially, and although it was reported, it was only serviced later. I was told that food had to be arranged from outside as the restaurant was not operational. So we did not order the dinner and not took breakfast. The access way to the accommodation was poorly lit and very muddy. Our shoes became dirty with mud. Overall, I am not satisfied with the stay, as it was not worth the amount we paid. The room service boys were very helpful, polite and  caring but most of the things were out of their control."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"DO NOT VISIST THIS PLACE. You will certainly spoil your holiday. Stay away from this place and its ZOMBI, rude, and ill-mannered owner (Mr. Mathew). Firstly, It's not a resort, it's a house with a couple of rooms which do not have any facility like of a resort. There is No restaurant, no swimming pool, no room service, no Porter, no front desk. etc. Secondly there's no sea view at all. Zero hospitality. The blankets they gave were disgustingly old and smelled so awful that it was impossible to sleep. The stench was unbearable! Bathroom is very dirty. Horrible room with absolutely no hygiene. The photos on the website are completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. What you see online is nothing like the real situation – it's a total scam!. Real and present condition of the property is way different that what is shown in the pics. Absolutely NO maintenance. Garden, verandah, the rooms, the parking area, entrance, walkway etc. all are in very poor condition and dirty. Price is really not worth. Worst experience I had in my entire Kerala trip. Overall its PATHETIC experience. These people have full potential to ruined your vocations. (Please refer the attached pics, sufficient to show the real condition of so called Resort (?))"
