We spent two nights there on our wedding anniversary and received a very warm welcome and were upgraded to a lovely spacious room with excellent sea views with a huge outdoor area. A hand written congratulations note, chocolates and an anniversary banner lying across the bed were welcome touches. We ordered gourmet breakfasts both days, they were delivered to our room at requested time and were delicious. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The location of the hotel is very convenient and there is a parking space available. Suitable for living with children. There are merchants from Taiwanese and Koreans on the side, and it is very convenient to travel. There are also some restaurants, like the famous out of the cage, etc. In short, the location is very good.

It was a lovely stay. Nice and clean. My guest friends loved it too. Very handy to shops. The motel is adjacent to a restaurant. Will come and stay again soon and use the restaurant.The man at the reception is very helpful.

Originally through work I was booked a studio room - when I checked in the lady at the front desk was lovely. When I entered my room it smelled strongly of cleaner but unfortunately the bathroom/shower area was still disappointing. There was a lot of mould and grime in the shower area and the grout of the tiles. I couldn't have showered there. When I went back to the front desk to explain, and enquire about another room, I was kindly upgraded to one of the apartments beside the Burger King and had a much more pleasing stay. The apartment was new, sleek, super clean and had beautiful finishings. I would definitely stay in the apartments again. It was near to lots of different eateries, conveniently close to the motorway and a great location.

The location of the Motel is excellent, the parking is convenient, the room facilities are complete, and the hygiene standards are superb (see the bottom of the bed and the bathroom). The room met my expectations and more, was very clean and inviting, couldn't fault anything (except the dishwasher wasn't working, well I couldn't figure out how to get it going anyway) but that was no biggie. The staff were great and the location was perfect, so close to the motorway and easy to navigate around Albany. I think this was the first time I've had a room with a king bed that wasn't just 2 single beds pushed together, very happy for that! Bathroom was spotless and parking downstairs was easy. Will definitely be back!
