„The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.”

„It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.”

„Do you know why except for the service is 0.5, the others are 5 points? I checked in in the morning, and then I left the hotel after the staff of your store handed over. When I came back at night, I was shouted five times at the front desk and asked me what I was doing? Does it ask every guest staying at your hotel to ask again? Or am I asked alone? A lady in front of me entered, not even asking straight to the elevator waiting for the elevator to come down, why did I even shout five questions? If it weren't for the security staff to explain to the front desk that it was the guest who was staying, would I have to accept your hotel's cross-examination that night? Forget your hotel to strengthen professional management and training of personnel. The original plan was to stay for 4 days, and I stayed for one day because of the front desk.”

„當初定氈房的時候，單純的就是想帶4歲半的小朋友體驗哈薩克的特色，感受不同民族的生活方式。結果…… 驚喜1：這裡在賽湖的高點，起床就能看日出，還能看完整個賽湖。對於大人來説這視野絕了。 驚喜2：老闆是一家三口，兒子是哈薩克的帥哥，是家裡普通話説得最好的，跟客户溝通都是他來，溝通完全無障礙，一家人特別樸實熱情，問什麼都是衹要弄得到都會盡量滿足。 驚喜3：他們家養了一羣牛，背後山上其他家養了一羣羊，家裡還有2條牧羊犬和幾匹馬，這真的是小朋友喜歡的畫面，跟狗玩，跟小羊對話，騎馬騎馬一直騎馬…還有就是識別羊糞和牛糞的差異，因為隨地可見，太天然了。 驚喜4：晚餐點了羊肉串，清燉羊排，手抓飯，兩大一小居然沒吃完，分量很足，味道也很好。清燉的羊肉湯一點羶味都沒有（最好是到之前提前點好，因為清燉羊肉湯要煲2小時左右） 當然，既然選擇氈房，就要做好一些心裏準備，如果能接受以下內容，再選擇：1）沒有獨立的廁所，衹有旱廁，不能洗澡。2）室內是暖爐，晚上要自己加碳不然堅持不到第二天早上。3）乾淨整潔的標準要對標同類氈房而不是五星級酒店。 總的來説，如果下次來這裏，我依然還會選擇這家氈房。”

Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!

房間非常寬敞舒適，大玻璃窗外的風景宜人，躺在床上看窗外都很安逸。除了賽里木湖很美，這裏的人也同樣美好，酒店的工作人員都特別熱情，保安大叔每次見到我們都笑容洋溢，因為風特別大每次都搶着給我們開門。特別點名一下前台的小白！人帥不説還心善，幫我們解決了很多問題，彌補了沒有看到賽湖全貌的遺憾，讓這次短暫的旅程特別快樂和難忘！下次再來賽湖還住這！！！

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the rest quality was very good. The front desk service was warm and polite, and the check-in and check-out efficiency was high. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding food and drink are complete. The indoor facilities are complete and intact, the sound insulation effect is good, and the overall environment is quiet. Very good value for money, reasonable price, no invisible consumption. I still want to experience the yurt when I come to Xinjiang. I am prepared for the psychological expectation that I can't take a shower or use a dry toilet. After I arrived, I felt that the experience was quite good. First of all, I want to praise the service. The boss and his mother grilled the charcoal fire in advance before we arrived, and it was very warm when we entered the room. The thoughtfulness is 100 points. Then there will be spare charcoal fires to replenish in the middle of the night. The stove in the room can also cook. We bought some meat ourselves. The boss also helped to set up a small charcoal grill at the door. Looking at the stars in the sky and blowing the wind to grill meat, the experience dared to raise it to a higher level. It is worth mentioning that their house is so close to the lake. At night, the boss told us the sunrise time in advance, and we also checked the phone to confirm. There is a small hill behind the yurt. The view for taking pictures is amazing. There are small ravines on both sides. If I have the opportunity next spring, I will come again. I hope to see the lambs hahaha!

前台阿飛很貼心，而且服務很好，還幫我們升級房型，點個贊!營地房間很滿意的，在房間就能看到賽里木湖，超級漂亮！早餐挺好吃的，房間乾淨整潔!設施服務到位，離景區很近，營地看日出日落也很方便，周圍風景也很棒!如果不想早起跑去景區看日出，這個酒店是最好的選擇！酒店附近還有賽里木湖最漂亮的咖啡廳，酒店還送了咖啡廳的下午茶。超級滿意這次住宿！推薦推薦！！！

Excellent location which is very close to eastern entrance of the lake. Restaurants near by with lots of choices. Clean and quiet room. Although there is no escalator but the staff is willing to carry luggage for you.

I am used to wiping everywhere, and to be honest, it is really not clean. The service is not good. This kind of apartment is basically half-check-in and half-check-out, but sometimes they will say hello when you come in and out, and they will automatically refill the bottled water the next day. 設施：營地在東門外山坡上，就是那個正在火熱修建的酒店集羣的後面，但是位置很好，不會被擋住看賽湖的視線。我們抵達後看到我們有長者，直接升級到了套房，設施非常新，有地暖，電熱水器供熱水温度很足，馬桶超級給力（介意聲音的夥伴除外）。有超級寬敞的餐廳。 衞生：停車場乾淨（我們沒碰到馬糞），木棧道乾淨，房間內可以光腳，落地窗乾淨，可以隔窗拍風景 環境：遠處基建有少量大車路過營地外道路，但大車師傅很客氣 遇到我們自駕進入營地都主動讓行；除此外沒什麼不好的。看到同位置其他營地被若干差評是因為這個，希望未來選擇這個營地的寶子看到這評論，若是選擇了，就別因為這差評 服務：這個必須點贊。就沖早餐那個現做的最地道傳統的油條（我們一口氣吃了4盤）和不加鹽不加糖原味奶茶就必須滿分。而且服務員都很親切，問什麼都熱情回答，包括廚房的3位師傅，哈哈，我們問“油條可以加麼”，回答“當然可以呀！”。我們問“奶茶可以要2碗麼？”，回答“絕對可以的！” 一個小建議：希望營地未來在入口處整明顯一點的店招（特別是晚上能看到的那種），這樣就會讓那些臨時找住處的客人願意來。否則人家看不到招牌，即使看到有店員在推介也會誤以為是黑店，哈哈哈。開個玩笑，反正超級喜歡咱們營地，已經推薦給朋友。今早離店前還到房間頂上露台拍了大風車美照，嘿嘿。
