„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! „酒店環境清幽，建築與自然融合得恰到好處，坐在陽台看着湖面頭頂竹影樹葉讓人放鬆。客房設施舒適如家，每天都會換新毛巾，房間不會有種悶着的味道，衞生間也是很亮。特別感謝管家邢歡萍提供的服務，細緻且熱心，從來到走每一個環節都關懷備至悉心關切。整個酒店的服務團隊專業且不過度打擾，恰到好處的邊界感讓人倍感自在，有任何需要或對旅遊的疑問都可以問，她們給的回答都非常有幫助。這裏真的很適合從城裡逃出來休閑，淡季來非常舒服😌裏面送的竹海和山水園門票非常超值，很適合親子，都不用費心安排行程，而且酒店就在山水園門口，非常不錯。推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻”

„春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。 不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方： 1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。 2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。 3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。 4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。 5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。 第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。”

„環境：超級好，去的時候正當櫻花盛開，卡丁車開在櫻花大道，美翻了。 衞生：阿姨打掃的很乾凈，有泳池有私湯。 服務：老闆超好！！！有應必答，帶着我們挖筍，撿雞蛋！ 設施：民宿裏有卡丁車、桌球桌、電玩、ktv，畫重點、都是免費的。 走的時候還送了伴手禮，值得再去”

„Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.”

„The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.”

„老闆很熱情，來了就告訴我們溧陽怎麼玩，看我們老兩口帶着小孫子過來玩，給我們安排了朝南的房間，房間很整潔，床上用品很乾凈蓬鬆舒適，我帶的四件套都沒有用上，衞生間乾濕分離，使用很方便，早餐也很豐富，特別是稀飯菜包，是老頭的最愛，吃得很舒服。總之住了四晚，還沒有住夠，下次還會再來。”

„the place is a little bit out if you are on business. I will say, it's good for family probably looking for a quiet place. The breakfast is far from your room, you have to take a bit of walk and considering it's hot season, you will find yourself sweating but the place is good for a family looking for a quiet place.”

„Beat service with good location. With wonderful view under the mountain. Infinity fool was fantastic and room was clean also. Will visit again!”

„Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.”
