Przyjechałem do Shenyang, aby odkryć to miasto bardzo czyste, Royal Hotel jest tak samo czyste, jak to miasto, porządne, hotelowe wyposażenie, stan serwisu najwyższej jakości, śniadanie jest dobre i cenne. Jest to wybór dla ludzi, którzy lubią czyste i spokojne środowisko. A na dole jest lotnisko czekające na lotnisko, bardzo wygodne dla podróżujących.”

„Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.”

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! „為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！”

„服務好：和老闆商量能否延遲退房，因為第二天的房間已被預訂掉，老闆能及時折中幫我們想辦法；老闆的父母，熱情做好後勤工作，加分！ 房間乾淨整潔，選了有陽台的房間，沒想到除了前陽台，還有小驚喜，旁邊還有一個獨立的陽台，有秋千有桌椅，夜晚還有燈。如果種點真綠植，打造一下，就更完美了。”

„酒店環境清幽，建築與自然融合得恰到好處，坐在陽台看着湖面頭頂竹影樹葉讓人放鬆。客房設施舒適如家，每天都會換新毛巾，房間不會有種悶着的味道，衞生間也是很亮。特別感謝管家邢歡萍提供的服務，細緻且熱心，從來到走每一個環節都關懷備至悉心關切。整個酒店的服務團隊專業且不過度打擾，恰到好處的邊界感讓人倍感自在，有任何需要或對旅遊的疑問都可以問，她們給的回答都非常有幫助。這裏真的很適合從城裡逃出來休閑，淡季來非常舒服😌裏面送的竹海和山水園門票非常超值，很適合親子，都不用費心安排行程，而且酒店就在山水園門口，非常不錯。推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻”

„訂了一晚客棧主要是因為附贈温泉票，住宿體驗很不錯，房間又舊又新的，或者説雖然有點舊但收拾得挺乾淨，早餐是去坡上酒店吃的，坡上酒店單獨加早128/人，很值…… 但床頭沒有插座衹有電話線，非常神祕，因為沒插電床頭電話其實也不好使，但洗手間馬桶邊的電話是能用的…… 以及雖然定了山景房但窗外是鄉菜館的招牌，山景全然無，衹住一夜就沒要求換走廊另一邊的房間。（）”
