Hotele w: Legian, Bali

Staff is great, reception is working 24/7, nice breakfast, wonderful pool. We liked it, only some of linen and towels were repeatedly dirty with some spots or dotes - we asked to change but every time 1 of 4 was spoiled again. Total score is 4,7 out of 5. As a solo traveller I found this hotel to be good value for money because it is along Jalan Melasti - the street up from the entrance gate to Pantai Legian (ie Legian Beach 500m). There are half a dozen restaurants within a 400m walk ranging from the delicious and fancy Bella Italia or the Lemongrass and the more affordable “Uncle Norm’s” and “The Goat”. The location is 1km from the Bali bombing memorial in Kuta. The airport is about a $10-$13 AUD  Gojek /Grab ride away (15minutes depending on time of day and traffic.  My room had a nice queen sized bed and they promptly provided me with a kettle after I asked for one. The staff are very young and maybe not the most fluent in English but they mean well. It helps to ask them in basic English (a few times) so they get my instructions (asking for water or directions etc). The room has a decent bathroom and the only issue I had was that my room was consistently in the dark as there are no windows. There is a door that leads out onto a weird ledge that unfortunately or oddly is shared by the neighbor (meaning if I step out and the neighbor steps out we can go into each others rooms). I just kept that particular door shut because I saw through the curtain that the neighbor had his door open so he could smoke. I didn’t want to make contact or have smoke come in. It’s not a major issue for me but just be aware. Oh btw…the ledge or balcony looks onto nothing but a brick wall. Overall I’m inclined to say that you’re getting value for money because you get a clean room, comfy bed in a central location. The breakfast is brought into your room at your nominated time (between 7-10.30am). Breakfast is an omlette, 2 pieces of bread, coffee, orange juice and small sausages along with 3 small Indonesian sweets). Not exactly a hearty meal but what do you expect for $5? I stayed a month and it suited my needs.

I found 101 Fontana Hotel to be exceptional value. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Seminyak's best cafes, boutiques, and the beach. The included breakfast was a real highlight, with a great mix of Western and local Indonesian dishes to fuel a day of exploration. Best of all is the staff, who are genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help. For a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in the heart of the action, I can't recommend 101 Fontana enough. It's a gem.

It’s very convenient as it’s situated in the center of Kuta. If u like walking, it’s a good exercise to connect the attractions while saving ur transportation. If to explore the attractions in Bali, you’re advised to book different locations of hotels to skip the heavy traffic.

Rofa Kuta Hotel is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bali, offering great value for the price. The location is excellent, just a short drive to Kuta and Legian Beach, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and mini markets nearby. The rooms are spacious and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel also has nice facilities such as a swimming pool, parking area, and an on-site restaurant. For the price, breakfast is satisfying and makes mornings simple and convenient. Overall, Rofa Kuta Hotel is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, a strategic location, and warm hospitality during my stay in Bali.

I had a great time at Kuta, located very close to the beach. With many facilities around. Money changers, spa all very close. The helped me make a call when l had card problems and sung for me happy birthday

Świetny ośrodek, basen jest piękny, personel jest świetny Nasz pokój był bardzo czysty i codziennie przerabiany. Wszyscy pracownicy robili wszystko, aby zobaczyć, że niczego nie potrzebujemy. Wygodne wycieczki, usługi spa i baru. Śniadanie w formie bufetu jest dostosowane do wszystkich potrzeb dietetycznych, w tym wegańskich, podobnie jak ich restauracja. Blisko plaży, innych restauracji i lokalnych sklepów. Będziemy wracać w przyszłym roku. Pokochałem to!

Booked 3 nights with Boss Legian. Location was right smack in the food, shopping and massage zone. Breakfast at additional 60k/pax. Check-in from 2pm onwards however if you were to do a weekday vacation, check-in can be from 12pm subject to room availability. Rooftop pool. Plenty of rooms. Book the one with city view. There is a balcony where you could smoke and dry your clothes. Nearby laundromat too. Very peaceful. Pray you get room 501. Spacious. TV comes in smart format and normal ones. There is room service too. Circle K is 30 seconds walk away

Kuta Beach: 7–11 minutes on foot (approximately 700 meters). Legian Art Market: 3 minutes on foot (approximately 200 meters). Beachwalk Shopping Center: 13–15 minutes on foot (approximately 1.2 km). Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive away. A hotel with a strategic location, safe, comfortable, and very affordable prices per night, it is definitely highly recommended for those of you who want to staycation in the Legian area.

Unfortunately, comparable properties (e.g. same price) offer a better experience. No kettle in room, terrible internet service, no smart tv, no where to hang towel in bathroom, no shelf for bathroom amenities (you just put them on the floor of shower which I disliked because I had an exfoliating glove) and the bed was made as 2 seperate singles but pushed up together. Admittedly, this hotel has very good hot water! Finally, this hotel is very outdated but a few comfort items as mentioned above would make this hotel a better experience. I committed to my stay but wouldn’t book here again if given the choice.
