„Our stay at the Marriott Hotel in Beihai was absolutely unforgettable, and every detail made it extraordinary. To celebrate my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday, the staff customized our room perfectly, showing genuine care and professionalism. The dinner buffet was unreal—delicious, special, and a true culinary experience. The hotel’s environment added even more magic, with a lively pool area and a kid’s zone that my baby boy loved so much he didn’t want to leave. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, and the hotel’s sensational garden felt like a dream. To top it all off, the view from our room was breathtaking, like something out of a magazine. I can confidently say this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Marriott Hotel in Beihai for anyone seeking a genuinely perfect getaway.”

„We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!”

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is more than 5 star hotels, with afternoon tea and dessert provided everyday. We had free room upgrade, very spacious and directly facing the ocean. There is also heated pool which keep my kids entertained. The location is very convenient, restaurants and night market just at doorsteps.”

„春節到北海來玩，在這個酒店住了三晚，首先説下位置。對於自駕的我們來説特別棒。車子放在酒店門口的路邊有很多停車位，可以隨便停車。酒店出門走路800m範圍內，各種螺螄粉海鮮粉豬雜粉牛腩粉，還有酸嘢，包括在海鮮市場買了海鮮直接讓店家加工做的地方，都可以找得到。酒店門口就有租電瓶車的，過年的時候漲價，一天是68元，去北海的銀灘大敦海紫霞灣等海邊，直接騎電瓶車過去很方便，還不用擔心共享電瓶車會超出運營範圍，被鎖車。酒店本身的服務挺好。我們住的家庭房，一家四口睡了兩張大床，有兩個衞生間，解決了同時上廁所的痛點，打掃很乾凈，每天礦泉水提供的很足，早餐很不錯，比漢庭之類的連鎖酒店的早餐要好。走的時候還送給妹妹一個前台自己做的貝殼手鍊”

„設施：設施齊全、尤其健身房值得一試！ 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：優美 服務：積極主動服務，有好客之道！ 和朋友來島旅行，來之前看了島上所有的酒店，最終選擇這家悦榕私下的悦苑酒店，對於這樣的選擇非常滿意！酒店是今年開業不久的，整體狀態非常好，期間存在一點小小瑕疵，可以忽略不計，畢竟新開業酒店還是需要時候磨合和調整的。客房設施很完整，床墊本人很喜歡。在陽台有桌椅，可以發呆。客房工作人員服務及時，超乎預期！本人是特別喜歡洗澡的，早晚各一次，特別在意水的壓力和温度，這家店的淋浴間的熱水出水速度很快，壓力足夠！布草輕柔，乾淨舒適！配的洗簌用品和沐浴用品，質量上乘也很環保，符合悦榕的標準。 酒店可以説有四個用餐點：全日制餐廳、大堂酒廊、露台酒吧、池畔吧！早餐出品上乘，該有的基本都有，服務及時有效。出品的蝦餅，值得一試！餐廳挑高很高，讓人很舒服，沒有壓抑感！晚餐都在這個餐廳使用的，尤其滿足海鮮控的我，購買了一些店外海鮮，可以加工，收入一定的加工費，是合理的，加工的味道也是很棒的。 晚上嘗試了一次悦榕旗下出名的Spa,那手法、那力道，讓人“沁人心脾”，瞬間進入夢鄉，YYDS! 出行非常方便，酒店周邊都是租車行，全島騎行下來1-2小時！可以到當地村落探尋，挺有意思的！”

„Perfect experience. The room is clean, beautiful, there is no mold. There is also a restaurant outside with tasty food, especially I reccomend fried fish and pork with pinapples. They provided us with free coffee and snacks daily. The location is good, you can get anywhere in the island quite fast with scooter. They also offer free pick up and drop off at the ferry port. They were very hospitable, we are very satisfied.”
