„Great hospitality with amazing views! The staffs were so helpful and friendly. I contacted them through wechat in advance and they provided directions on how to enter the village. They will also help to carry the baggage to the hotel as it is located up on the hill. We even got a free upgrade to one of their best rooms! I would say the view from our room was the best you can find in the village. Overall the room is also clean and comfortable, with a beautiful tub that allows you to enjoy the view. They even served us afternoon tea, late night dessert and a hearty breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍”

„Booked this place because I saw the photos from other reviews. It overlooks the beautiful bridge, river and the main entrance of the village. We can see the daily welcome ceremony right from the room's balcony. Absolutely perfect location! It is right in front of the bus drop off station. Just need to carry the luggage up the steps to the hotel. We visited during off peak session, beginning of November. The hotel's coffee place and restaurant are not open. But it is within walking distance to other eateries.”

„Though it is in the centre of the town, foot path to hotel is narrow and uneven. room is clean and upgraded to facing the valley, which lighted at night. No food service in this establishment. To get here, from North entrance, take the bus to the end. then walk 400m along the river, wait at the ABC (agriculture Bank of China) for hotel staff to help you carry the bag. If you can not contact the hotel, proceed to next alley with few steps up, you see Fire Department and Firetruck, then turn left , there is a arch with Sign of Boyun hotel, turn right follow the sign up. not recommended for people with walking impairment /large suitcase/poor eye sight or rainy day. We had our suitcase deliver to north gate . 15rmb each.”

„I'd like to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is very new and designer inside. The view of the village is, I'd say, the best in the area. First things first: the hotel offers a butler service, and when you arrive at the attraction, a butler will meet you and take your luggage. You don't have to bother walking to the bus, which is quite a distance, and the entire scenic area is on a mountain, requiring constant climbing. The hotel is also located on a hillside, so getting to it requires a climb up narrow steps. The butler carried my luggage and accompanied me the entire time. The walk from the entrance to the hotel took about 25 minutes, including the bus and the walk. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted at reception and offered afternoon tea; there were five drinks on the menu. I chose a milk oolong tea with milk, and they offered me fruit, nuts, and homemade cookies. It was delicious. I spent the entire time relaxing, drinking tea, and enjoying the village views. After I'd rested, I went to my room. I was given a room on the 4th floor with the lucky number 888. The room has absolutely everything: excellent Loccitan cosmetics, toiletries, robes, and slippers—everything is of very good quality. There's also a modern hairdryer and steam iron. There was a bath on the balcony, but I didn't use it because it was chilly. The room is really new; it has underfloor heating if you get cold, and also air conditioning. The bed linen, pillows, and blanket were wonderful. I didn't even notice how my night passed; I truly rested for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff explained how I could spend my time and took me to a restaurant where I could have a delicious meal. Then I went for a walk. I spent the entire evening strolling around the village and taking in the sights. That evening, when I returned, I was offered evening soup, which I really enjoyed; it was very unusual. Since I was a foreign tourist, the hotel staff communicated with me using a translator via WeChat, which was very convenient and prevented any misunderstandings. The next morning, I was offered breakfast, which was served on the first floor of the hotel. The dining room was also very beautiful and well-renovated. After breakfast, I went for a walk around the village to take beautiful photos. I had a wonderful time in the village, taking in the sights. I especially enjoyed the local people's show on New Year's Eve, as well as the singing of the women and men of the Miao people. The day before my departure, the hotel staff asked what time my return tickets to Guiyang would be and told me they would arrange for me to be transported to the entrance so I could call a taxi. I would give this hotel the highest rating, firstly because it's in a wonderful location on a mountain with a magnificent view, and literally a three-minute walk from the main observation deck. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel personnel, and especially to the butler his wechat name Velpro, they are all tried their best to help me and accompanied me on all my questions. I would also give the highest rating to the hotel owners, who care about the interior order, cleanliness, and the care of their guests. This level of hospitality is truly rare. If I return to this village, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it to everyone.”

„This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exceeded all of our expectations. The personal butler, Lili was amazing and helpful. We really loved staying at the resort, the breakfast is great, especially the coffee, and we enjoyed the cocktails and batik experience. Everything was perfect!”

„Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)”

„I rarely spend my time writing reviews but the location of this hotel is in prime location located in middle of the mountain. It’s right next to the number 5 bridge which is dead center of the touristy area. After you book be sure to ask them for their WeChat so that you can communicate with you because they will come pick you up and drop you off before and after the trip. They carry all your luggage’s up and down the stairs. They are extremely nice and accommodating and the room is very clean. The view is absolutely amazing and the viewing deck is also very beautiful. Perfect for taking pictures. Not extremely crowded. For reference, I stayed in room 204. One small bed and one full size bed”

„The San Chun Li is right at the observation deck. After entering from the west gate and taking the sightseeing bus, contact them and a handsome guy will be waiting at the observation deck's drop-off point to help with luggage and escort you to your room. The room is spacious and clean, with direct elevator access. All drinks and fruits inside are free, no hidden charges! Breakfast is a buffet and the quality is good! My husband and I got lost in the village and saw many people struggling with their luggage in narrow, dark alleys looking for guesthouses. We're truly so glad we chose San Chun Li!”

„I booked this hotel as I had read good reviews. Indeed this B&B is impressive. The room is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. There is even a bathtub next to the window with a view. You will need to contact the hotel owner prior to arrival at the village so that a porter will meet you at No. 6 风雨桥, which is located about 100 meters where the shuttle bus drop you at the entrance to the village. You will not be able to find your way to the hotel as the entrance to the hotel is rather hidden away. The two young chaps who picked us were extremely polite, cheerful and eager to serve. They carried our luggages where we walked to reach the station of a golf cart type of vehicle. You board the vehicle and alight at the first stop up the mountain (see picture 6). The simple breakfast fare of home-cooked noodle soup with minced pork, hard boiled egg, sweet corn and sweet potato was delicious. The soup base looked bland but it was very tasty. The location of this B&B is superb as you can walk down the slope to reach the village center in 10 minutes. Tip: we took the golf cart vehicle and travelled uphill and alighted at the end (Pastoral Sightseeing area) where there is roundabout for the vehicle to loop back to the terminal. It is recommended to alight here where you will see beautiful vast green pastures and lotus flowers were in bloom. You can then wait for the sightseeing bus (your entrance ticket would cover four sightseeing bus trips) at the opposite platform and it will bring you to the top viewing platform to see the whole village lighted up in the evening. To return to the hotel, you then take the sightseing bus back to the Pastoral Sightseeing area. From here you wait for the golf cart vehicle to transfer you back to the hotel. How I wish someone had posted these information on this Trip.com review platform as it was a bit confusing on how to take the different vehicles in the mountain. Lastly, thank you to the owner of this B&B for making our trip a memorable one.”

„The bedroom is new n the location is good if you can climb up thirty staircases. The service is very good n help you to bring the luggages up n down from the Xiao Bei men. Good for young couple but not suitable for old couple or disabled people.”
