„pros: near sapporo station (connected to another building that is connected to sapporo station in the basement floor, so you don’t have to suffer from the sun/cold. onsen and sauna is great. laundry waiting time can be seen from the TV. Microwave provided so that you can heat your food from the food you bought at the convenience store that is situated directly next to the lobby floor. cons: room space a little small and no table to do business work but for its price it’s worth it.”

„Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻”

„As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)”

„Hotel is located (1 minute walk) near 狸小路 so it is at a very convenient location. We appreciatdd the free late check out at noon as my daughter got sick from the extra 15 minute walk with 20 kg suitcase in the cold weather due to a wrong hotel location trip.com map indicated after sharing the feedback with front desk staff. The beds were comfortable and room is big enough for 2 people and 2 opened medium suitcases. Only drawback is the thin wall with some noise in the morning from other guests and wrong gps location on trip.com shared on Apple map. Nevertheless we feel our feedback been taken care of on positive attitude with good customer service. Well done!”

„SUCH AN AMAZING HOTEL!! Coming from an airbnb in tokyo to here is an absolute 180 degrees change. We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room. Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!”

„Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!”

„Naprawdę nowy hotel, wygodny, ponieważ jest dostępny pod ziemią. Zostaniesz tam ponownie, ale zwrócisz uwagę, że podziemny jest otwarty tylko o 6 rano, bierze wcześniej pociąg do lotniska i będziesz musiał chodzić ok poziomie ziemi z bagażami do stacji Sapporo, co może być dość kłopotliwe z lodowatym podłogi. Powiedziała przednim biurkiem, że jest z nami starsza pani, ale nie zakwaterują się.”

„I stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”

„Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too”

„The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the street from Odori park, with views of the TV tower. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are a decent size compared to many other Japanese hotels. The check in staff were nice and professional, and there was always at least one who spoke English during my stay. I attempted to check in at approximately 1pm, but was told to come back at the 3pm check in time. They did proactively offer to store my luggage until then. There is easy access to an underground shopping area within a handful of steps of the hotel entrance, which was an added bonus.”
