„The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!”

„Отель отличный. Но на этих остравах делать нечего, работает все на половину. Напоминает начало исчезновение людей ”что было бы если люди бы исчезли... Год спустя” на дату 20.10.25 (на главном острове) на жилых остравах все норм, рынки магазины... сама комната не затертая, все новое, что то даже в плёнке ещё. Видимо сказывается то что пол острова развлечений не работает. А так удивительно видеть огромные постройки а людей нет. Кто бы сказал это про Китай не поверил бы. Итого отель зачёт, на острове достаточно одного дня ну мах два дня, все нечего делать. P. S. Не берите в центре там дорого а на жилых частях дешевле.”

„Najlepszym hotelem na wyspie Ocean Flower Island jest Hilton. Jego lokalizacja jest doskonała, w pobliżu ulicy z jedzeniem i McDonald's, zaledwie kilka kroków od hotelu. To bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, jeśli chodzi o oglądanie pokazu świateł nocą i zwiedzanie kompleksu muzealnego i centrum handlowego outlet w ciągu dnia. Udogodnienia hotelowe są również całkiem dobre; głośnik Bluetooth jest bardzo wygodny do słuchania muzyki. Początkowo pokój, w którym mieszkałem, był dość mały. Chociaż recepcja specjalnie załatwiła mi pokój na lepszym piętrze, korytarz nadal był bardzo ciasny. Później, z powodu awarii klimatyzacji w moim pokoju, przenieśli mnie do większego pokoju z widokiem na morze, który był o wiele wygodniejszy. Najgorszą rzeczą w pokoju było to, że woda pod prysznicem nie była wystarczająco ciepła. Marzłem po prysznicu; woda była prawie letnia. Ręczniki kąpielowe były lodowato zimne, słabo chłonne i śliskie – bardzo zimne! Kolejną wadą były bardzo ciężkie okna; musiał pomagać mi je otwierać i zamykać pracownik, co było dość uciążliwe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, personel był bardzo przyjazny, a całe doświadczenie było całkiem udane.”

„I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.”

„Перед въездом обязательно уточните код для заселения. Без знания китайского языка очень сложно выяснить как попасть в комнату. Делала это через поддержку Trip. Бронировалась комната одна, заселение произошло в другую. Заселили раньше, за что спасибо менеджеру которая нам помогала. Территория красивая и ухоженная, есть бассейн за дополнительную плату. Комната небольшая. Полотенца одноразовые, принадлежности все есть. Стены грязноваты, но это не критично если вам переночевать только. Само расположение комплекса удобное, недалеко до основных развлечений. Рядом есть все необходимое:магазины, кафе. Вид из окна шикарный”
