„This hotel is huge, with a variety of themed rooms perfect for families with kids. The restaurants are unique, though a bit on the pricey side. I heard from a staff member that there are over 5,000 rooms – it's truly impressive they've managed to thrive, especially during the pandemic. I've already recommended it to my friends!”

„We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.”

„Najlepszym hotelem na wyspie Ocean Flower Island jest Hilton. Jego lokalizacja jest doskonała, w pobliżu ulicy z jedzeniem i McDonald's, zaledwie kilka kroków od hotelu. To bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, jeśli chodzi o oglądanie pokazu świateł nocą i zwiedzanie kompleksu muzealnego i centrum handlowego outlet w ciągu dnia. Udogodnienia hotelowe są również całkiem dobre; głośnik Bluetooth jest bardzo wygodny do słuchania muzyki. Początkowo pokój, w którym mieszkałem, był dość mały. Chociaż recepcja specjalnie załatwiła mi pokój na lepszym piętrze, korytarz nadal był bardzo ciasny. Później, z powodu awarii klimatyzacji w moim pokoju, przenieśli mnie do większego pokoju z widokiem na morze, który był o wiele wygodniejszy. Najgorszą rzeczą w pokoju było to, że woda pod prysznicem nie była wystarczająco ciepła. Marzłem po prysznicu; woda była prawie letnia. Ręczniki kąpielowe były lodowato zimne, słabo chłonne i śliskie – bardzo zimne! Kolejną wadą były bardzo ciężkie okna; musiał pomagać mi je otwierać i zamykać pracownik, co było dość uciążliwe. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, personel był bardzo przyjazny, a całe doświadczenie było całkiem udane.”

„The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance.”

„因為公司在白馬井有項目，這次住了三晚。首先交通很便利，就在中心大道主幹道旁，打車去洋浦經濟開發區也就15分鐘。酒店大堂寬敞明亮，前台辦理入住很迅速。房間比想象中大，辦公桌夠寬敞，網絡穩定，晚上視頻會議沒卡頓。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高低兩種可選，對頸椎很友好。隔音效果不錯，雖然臨街但關上窗基本聽不到噪音。樓下有免費停車場，對自駕商務客很友好。性價比很高，下次出差還會選擇這裏。”

„維也納不錯，出差不超標，房間早餐都不錯。 另外，為什麼不能評價機票訂單，用攜程訂機票就是想着能夠當時出行程單，年底了着急走報銷流程，結果還是需要等1到3天？打客服電話後才知道至少24小時後才能出行程單，之前到機場就能打印行程單，官方程序也是立即出行程單，而且攜程不寫清楚是24小時後才能發出行程單，我要早知道，我就開電子發票也行啊，結果現在這麼尷尬，報銷流程安排的可好了，結果因為這個行程單卡住了，而且又不能評價機票，衹能借酒店訂單評價下機票了。”

„The place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful.”

„This time I dug into the treasure hotel on the beach holiday. The experience was directly full. The hotel was built by the sea. The whole beach was quiet and there were few people. There was no noisy voice. I listened to the waves in the morning and watched the sunset in the evening. It was quiet and relaxing. It was completely an ideal place to escape the world. Staying here relaxes both physically and mentally. The hotel's seaside restaurant is strong Amway! The ingredients are fresh, the dishes taste online, while eating food and enjoying the first-line sea view, the dining experience is beautiful, the focus is on the butler team, the service is really meticulous, warm and gentle. The hotel's supporting activities are particularly rich, handmade DIY, seaside catching the sea, water paddle boards, and will not be boring at all. Every time you want to go out to participate in the event, the housekeeper will wait at the door of the room in advance, prepare tools in advance, remind precautions, accompany and care throughout the whole process, any needs are responded quickly, there are warm heart details everywhere, and be taken care of like a family. An unforgettable experience trip, I'll bring my family back next time.”

„Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜”
