„Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday.”

„great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation. the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area. there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special dont miss it we have had great time there.”

„The location is good, Few minutes walk to the beautiful lake. Easy to get taxi outside the hotel and there are few restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hot pool area has room for improvement”

„The place is great but the restaurant is to small for the amount of people they let in . There is only one coffe machine and the food for breakfast is good but not excellent . The charging stations some of them don't work . The place is beautiful and the wood houses are beautiful . So when it comes to primary things the place is great , but the secondary things are not that good . I would give it this place 9 points out of ten .”

„民宿環境超級好，有超級軟的沙發，房間很大價格超級實惠，東西齊全，服務超級好，房東姐姐很温柔很熱情，我們很晚才到，找不到民宿她還特意出來接我們，房東姐姐還給我們推薦了好多好吃和好玩的地方！民宿裏很多東西都是新的，缺什麼就立刻給補上，而且附近的美食很多，離湖泉生態公園還有紅河水鄉都很近，打車去其他景點也很方便！我們三個都給自己的朋友推薦了這家民宿，真的超級推薦！（民宿的照片我們三個都沒拍，但是真的很乾凈，房間特別新）”
