„This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.”

„Excellent stay for families and Muslim travelers. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful, especially since we were traveling with a child. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Although there were no halal restaurants near the hotel, the host went the extra mile to guide us in finding halal food for dinner, which we truly appreciated. Great service, warm hospitality, and good value for money. Highly recommended for families staying in Mile. Would definitely stay here again.”

„great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation. the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area. there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special dont miss it we have had great time there.”

By booking this accommodation, we can access the attractions in Dongfengyun area without having to pay extra entry fees for Dongfengyun scenic area. Buggy transfers are provided by the hotel into Dongfengyun area. We like the simple and healthy breakfast, which is freshly prepared every morning. Mile is a quick getaway just 40 mins south of Kunming. Hence, there are many day trippers in Mile.”

„The place is great but the restaurant is to small for the amount of people they let in . There is only one coffe machine and the food for breakfast is good but not excellent . The charging stations some of them don't work . The place is beautiful and the wood houses are beautiful . So when it comes to primary things the place is great , but the secondary things are not that good . I would give it this place 9 points out of ten .”

„I was so pleased with my trip to Mile! Choosing the Ji'an Yinlu in Mile was the right decision! The location is fantastic, with the Lake Spring Ecological Park right at the foot of the mountain. An evening stroll and the evening breeze were incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offers a wide selection of delicious private dishes, so you don't have to worry about food. The environment is simply amazing. The entire property is nestled against the mountainside, surrounded by lush greenery, and every room offers stunning views of the mountains or city. Every step offers a breathtaking view, with private hot springs, lawns, and rest areas outdoors, perfectly blending in with nature. It feels like a paradise, and you can even spot squirrels darting through the trees. The rooms are beautifully designed, each with its own unique decor. They're warm and elegant, and the beds are so comfortable that I had a wonderful night's sleep. The service is absolutely amazing, with butler-style service comparable to a five-star hotel! From the high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off, to the attentive check-in instructions, to the afternoon bread, coffee, and tea, and the complimentary in-house photo session, they've taken great care of every detail. My only regret is that I didn't get a room with a private hot tub. Next time I come to Mile, I'll definitely book one! I'll also recommend it to my friends!”
