"The room was neat, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included omelets and meat patties, and the yogurt and milk were of good quality, which was considered good among American breakfasts! But the room smelled of perfume or aromatherapy, which was not very accustomed to! The location was in a small alley, and there was a bar on the corner, so I was a little worried about going in and out at night. It was about an 8-minute walk from the river walk, and there was a popular BBQ restaurant along the way. It was about a 13-minute walk to the Alamo Museum. A very cost-effective hotel!"

"My flight got canceled, so I made a last-minute booking here. The location is perfect, really close to the airport. When I told the cheerful and friendly staff that my flights had been canceled twice due to bad weather on this trip, they just laughed it off good-naturedly. In the room, I could even watch the World Cup on TV, and the two clean double beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to fully recover from our travels. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit."

"We came for my sons AF Graduarion. Good location, only 15 min to and from airport and 15 min to and from Lackland AF base. Plenty of things to do down here. The Riverwalk is so nice. The Alamo is only a 8 min walk from the hotel. There is a bar downstairs and the drinks and nachos were really good! You get one free drink voucher per day worth $15. Only thing I didn’t like was valet costs $60 PER DAY!! Outrageous! When we called down each morning to have the valet get our car ready NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE FRONT DESK #. Had to call 3-4 times to get an answer. Other than that, it was good."

Nawet w środku nocy, nigdy nie sprawiła, że czuliśmy się niewygodnie. Przewidywała nasze potrzeby, sprawiła, że proces check-in był bez wysiłku i traktowała nas z tą samą pielęgniarką i entuzjazmem, jakiego oczekiwać będziecie w najtwardszej części dnia. Wyjątkowa usługa klienta jest rzadka, zwłaszcza o 3:00 rano, ale KK przekroczyła wszelkie oczekiwania. Jest ona ogromnym zasobem dla hotelu i idealnym przykładem tego, jak wygląda prawdziwa gościnność. Jeśli mieszkasz w pobliżu lotniska San Antonio, bardzo polecam Spark przez Hilton. "My husband and I happened upon the Supper restaurant while visiting the Pearl area. The Emma hotel is gorgeous and the Supper restaurant inside was marvelous. My husband had a croissant breakfast sandwich, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I. Couldn't decide so Paul recommended one of Carl's French toast and half the salmon bagel. The French toast was one of the most wonderful things I've ever eaten. I can't explain it. It was crispy and caramelized on the outside. Soft on the inside, but more than that. Great suggestion by Paul. He also let us try the cucumber.and carrot juices. Very tasty, unusual juices. His wife Mercedes volunteered to take pictures of us outside in front of the lovely river. I highly recommend eating here. Wonderful, friendly atmosphere. Wish we were here in San Antonio longer to go again"

"The hotel had a perfect location for the events we had planned. It was busy in the area because of the No Kings Protests but it had no impact on our stay. The hotel staff upgraded our room due to an error on their part and it was fabulous!! The bathroom was amazing and the beds were super comfy."
