„本來要去貴陽，一看酒店價格貴得離譜，趕緊轉到凱里，在攜程上對比了很多家，選擇了萬户寨，性價比很高，超預期。 首先這家酒店靠近凱里南站，提前預約就可以接站送站，5分鐘即達，服務很貼心👍 第一晚到的時候趕上了篝火晚會，很熱鬧；早餐也還可以，房間忘了拍照，但是很乾凈，床品設施都很完善。對了，這裏離下司古鎮很近，打車十分鐘，免門票，最近還有活動（可惜我要離開了），可以去玩玩，我是今天早餐後去完回來趕高鐵的，值得一遊，比苗江千户寨的體驗感要好很多～”

„Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.”

„Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.”

„We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.”

„The place was amazing, I just loved it. I picked the room with the bathtub in the balcony and it was an amazing experience. The staff spoke basic English but they were very helpful and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The views were breathtaking, the room was well equipped and the breakfast was interesting (Chinese). If you want to enjoy your stay here please take my following tips into consideration: - Leave your luggage at Kaili station or at the tourist center and take only the necessary time terms for your stay because you’ll have to take 2 buses and walk uphill on uneven stairs to come to this hotel (which doesn’t have elevators so more stairs to get to your room) it will be just hectic, so store your luggage and come here lightweight. - Try to get in touch with the hotel before you arrive or connect with them via WeChat as the hotel is hard to find when you get off the bus at the stop, they will pick you up and take you to the hotel much is a few minutes aways. - I was the first foreigner to stay here, as an international tourist, I’m sure you’ll love the place but keep in mind only a few people speak English here and the signs are in English and hotel staff will communicate using translator, it’s easy but be prepared - keep in mind that the breakfast is Chinese not western so it includes noodles and vegetables no coffee here. Enjoy your stay :) Thanks to the 2 brothers at the reception for helping me with the village and its attractions / restaurants :)”

„We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!”

„Had such a great stay at Stone Hotel (Kaili Downtown Wanda Plaza) 🥹✨ The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable — perfect for resting after a full day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and the overall vibe was cozy and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s super convenient to get around — we easily took Didi from the hotel to places like Xiasi Ancient Town and Miao Village, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free 👀 There are also plenty of food options and shops nearby, especially being close to Wanda Plaza, so everything you need is within reach. Overall, such a convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended, especially if you’re planning to explore around Kaili 🤍✨”

„因為孩子游泳怕感冒，跟前台要生薑，説沒有，我讓後廚找找看。晚上手洗奶瓶燙傷了，打電話要冰袋，前台説沒有。我説那冰塊有了吧。。。[破涕為笑] 第二天經理知道後，休假也從家裡趕過來跟我們道歉，我們也有點驚訝。後面説給我們升級房間，我拒絕了，因為第二天就走了，不想搬行李，後面鄧經理拿着行李車説幫我們搬，孩子到了行政套房後玩的很開心，我們又續多一晚，當天我們出去吃飯後，經理在**買了好多葱白和生薑給我們，我們很驚訝！太貼心了！第三天天我們回程時候，遇到了經理，他本來在處理事情，看到了我們搬行李，他馬上跑過來幫我們把行李一件件抬到車上。謝謝鄧經理！下次我來貴陽時候我們還會繼續選擇貴酒店！ps在等孩子爸爸開車過來時候，有個小孩子自己提着行李走樓梯，鄧經理馬上跑過去幫忙抬經理！所有的細節看的出鄧經理是在用心服務”

„Upon arrival at Kailinan Station, the PIC of Leili sent someone to pick us up. She even recommended us places to go and to dine in Kaili during the short drive. To our surprise, all the staff of Leili are female! Wow, it was all girls power and we were so impressed of how well they have managed the homestay! The homestay is artistically designed and decorated,the ambience is so cozy, the rooms are so new and clean. Not forgetting, the staff are so enthusiastic and kind to share us some information about Kaili. The homestay even provided us with welcome afternoon tea sets which serves their local tea and midnight dessert (green bean soup). We just feel so home staying in Leili. =)”

„酒店距離萬達廣場很近，臨街，出行便利，提供免費停車，也可在酒店門口打車或乘公交車出行。附近就是金泉湖公園，晚上衹想出去轉轉太適合了。房間熱水很大，空調暖和。加了酒店微信，晚上有服務員送水果進入房間，還有牛奶也是免費的。酒店提供一次性馬桶墊，很驚喜。”
