„本來要去貴陽，一看酒店價格貴得離譜，趕緊轉到凱里，在攜程上對比了很多家，選擇了萬户寨，性價比很高，超預期。 首先這家酒店靠近凱里南站，提前預約就可以接站送站，5分鐘即達，服務很貼心👍 第一晚到的時候趕上了篝火晚會，很熱鬧；早餐也還可以，房間忘了拍照，但是很乾凈，床品設施都很完善。對了，這裏離下司古鎮很近，打車十分鐘，免門票，最近還有活動（可惜我要離開了），可以去玩玩，我是今天早餐後去完回來趕高鐵的，值得一遊，比苗江千户寨的體驗感要好很多～”

„Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown.”

„We booked a room with no breakfast for 4 nights but were surprised on our arrival when a bonus free daily breakfast for two was included in our room booking. We were given vouchers for a night snack meal for the last two days of our stay. The size of the room is big and very comfortable. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and bathing gel are supplied daily free of charge. The room also comes with an electrical clothes dryer for guests to dry their washed clothes. The hotel is situated slightly out of the city centre but travelling around is a breeze as there are plentiful of public taxis and ride-hailing cars. What make the hotel stand out most is the level of their guest service. Staff are very helpful and the guest receptionists are ever ready to provide you with the information you need on getting around and to the places of interest.”

„Excellent location.Good service.Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel Provide luggage storage. Stored Luggage was just left beside the reception counter. We had an unfortunate incident. Our luggage bag lock was working perfectly fine before we left but when we returned to claim the bags, we could not open the lock with our secure code. The manager did try to help but sadly it was not successful. This is a traveller's nightmare.”

„Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again.”

„We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!”

„Ten hotel jest naprawdę wygodny! Jego serwis jest bardzo entuzjastyczny. Zajmuje się wejściem do super szybkiego lobby. Jego atmosfera jest bardzo wygodna, a jego zapach jest bardzo ładny. Gdy ktoś wchodzi do drzwi, czuje się bardzo wyluzowany. Pokój jest bardzo jasny, widok jest otwarty, a rano otworzysz zasłony i zobaczysz piękny widok. Śniadanie jest super bogate, chińskie i zachodnie, smakuje bardzo dobrze, łatwe w czasie wyjazdu, nie trzeba czekać, naprawdę warto podziwiać pięć gwiazd!”

„A wonderful place to stay in Kaili, at walking distance from the south railway station and right in front of a bus station. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast had nice variety. The room was particularely clean and very comfortable. If we would have had time, we would have extended our stay. I recommend staying here, 10/10!”

„Got a room upgrade so my room was huge. Place was very clean, had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location was on a side street from a major road, so the hotel was quiet but still convenient if you want to take the bus or if you want can walk around 15 minutes to the shopping malls and night street food market. Fast wifi and free washer on the 7th floor too. Just let reception know when you leave hotel for the day and they will clean your room daily, they will remind you to do so during checkin! Very friendly staff from all those on the front desk, to the cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Kaili city.”
