„Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!”

„Recently renovated with very nice amenities. Room was extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was good mix of *******, Chinese, and western foods. Location next to Anjue Temple and one block from Kangding Lovesong Square can’t be beat.”

„”I didn't have much time there, but the location is good. The room is spacious, but I'm not a fan of toilets where the walls don’t reach the ceiling. It doesn’t feel very private, especially in rooms with two bedrooms when multiple people are staying.””

„如果對聲音比較敏感，不要住二層的房間。晚上10點15突然被很大的噪音吵醒，聯繫管家讓工作人員查看，説是地暖設備的聲音，調節後小了一些，但還是吵的人焦躁。老闆馬上給調到了五樓的套房，聽不到設備的噪音了，但已經10點50，好久才睡着。老公和孩子對調節後的噪音程度可以接受，我睡覺比較輕的就完全不行，這種情況酒店最好提前告知客人。剩下的都是優點：1. 所有的服務人員態度都特別好。管家小白所有的問題都能及時回覆，還幫忙穿藏服，編頭髮，手藝好。反映房間噪音問題後工作人員和老闆馬上到房間查看，並及時調換房間。行李箱也有人幫忙運送到房間。2.酒店裝修風格很有格調，審美在線，各處都讓人看着舒服，洗浴產品是帕爾馬之水。3.餐食味道挺好，早餐豐富，每種吃完都可以加。4.要泡私湯時，有人來房間清潔消毒湯池，加水，還挺乾淨。5.活動豐富，可以穿藏服拍照，射箭，槳板，還有收費的叢林探險。確實是挺值得來的酒店。”

„因為是臨時決定去玩，所以訂房比較晚，衹有大床房了，還好床夠大，老闆很貼心的加了被子和枕頭，我們是下午4點過到的，進到房間床已經暖好了，房間衞生乾淨，很舒服，吃飯也很方便，晚上吃的湯鍋挺好，早上早餐也很豐富，離埡口也不遠，去看日照金山挺方便的”

„設施：較新 衞生：乾淨 環境：在康定屬於一流水平 前台會在預訂酒店後主動來電，引導停車場位置避免住客折返，並詢問預計到達時間提前開啟空調。 酒店距離情歌廣場步行20分鐘內可達，沿路遍佈餐館、超市等，停車方便。原計劃是住情歌廣場附近，但停車位及其緊張，不如在較近距離停車後遛彎逛逛。 第二天一早走時把包掉在了停車場，幸勞酒店工作人員找回，萬分感謝，下次再來。 很少評價，沒有拍圖”

„The first time I saw Kangcheng was a real surprise! The location is convenient for travel, and the surrounding area is very close to eating and shopping. The whole house was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the hot water was sufficient. The front desk service is intimate and meticulous, and will patiently explain the play route. The soundproofing effect of the room is very good. You can sleep well after a day in Kangding. The price is full, and Kangding is still the first choice to see Kangcheng. I really recommend it to friends who come to Western Sichuan!”

„本來是訂了2晚的。可惜衹住了一晚，衞生挺好的，地暖也有很暖和甚至過熱了，訂的是loft朋友出遊洗澡和廁所都是透明怪尷尬的，建議貼個膜，自帶温泉不夠熱下着雪泡挺冷的。然後説説為啥衹住了一晚，因為在溜溜城吃完飯回去8點多回去到一半道路結冰了車打滑上不去了。我們走剩下6公里就被卡在半坡了。我們被困有3個多小時了，110，119都打了。沒有任何辦法，酒店提醒和援助都沒有，衹找了第三方。最後我們因為路上碰上了這裏比較有名一個大哥幫我們解決了問題。如果沒有遇到這個情況估計會給滿分。因為下雪了真好看。狗子們玩雪也很開心。”

„This hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.”
