„During our stay, our child suddenly developed a very high fever. As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children.”

„Very nice hotel in Lino, pretty close to 荔波古城 by walking cross the bridge, plenty restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of food including local dishes, really like their rice crackers. Front desk staff is very warm and helpful.”

„We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip. This is the best hotel. This hotel is very new and customer focused in terms of design of the room, toilet amenities, lightings.. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The room lighting is well considered. The toilet seat has a warmer and automatic flushing. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we are back here .”

„Hotel staff picks you up and sends you to the HSR station for free. Will contact you a day before to arrange. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide advice on sightseeing routes. Provides fruits everyday to your room. Location is about 8 minutes walk to Xiao Qi Kong entrance, not directly outside so it’s in a quieter neighbourhood but there many restaurants near the hotel.”

„Who knows! This trip was originally just about finding a place close to the scenic spots and convenient for dining, but I was completely blown away by the experience at this hotel. It's only a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the scenic area, so I could sleep in and leisurely stroll in, saving so much trouble. The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and snack shops, so I didn't have to go far to find food – a paradise for lazy people! I was immediately captivated by the room. The overall design was a sophisticated wabi-sabi style, with gentle and comfortable color schemes, completely unlike the cookie-cutter style of chain hotels. The bed was large and soft, making for a wonderful sleep. The carpets and wall decorations were very stylish, showing the owner put a lot of thought into the design. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom had no odors, making me feel very safe and secure. The hotel's public areas were also amazing – every corner was photogenic, and there was even a gym. The biggest surprise was the bathtub and swimming pool; after a long day of playing, a soak or a swim in the evening would instantly relieve all the fatigue of the trip. The service details were the biggest plus! The hotel proactively contacted us the day before our check-in, thoughtfully sending us a super practical travel guide, which saved us a lot of time planning by providing information on scenic routes and nearby restaurants. During our stay, the staff were also very welcoming, responding quickly to any needs and offering exceptional service, like friendly companions. Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's close to the scenic spots, convenient for dining, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and there's a swimming pool and gym, plus the attentive service. This trip was so comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time! For anyone traveling around here, you absolutely won't regret choosing this hotel!”

„This property is literally right across the ticketing counter of the xiaoqikong attraction. Very convenient location. At the back of the property is a street with some popular restaurants. Property interior was very clean and well-maintained, bath tub was clean and water was warm. Coffee at the property’s coffee shop was good. Owner was helpful with bus booking to another location that’s some distance away”
