„This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others”

„Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.”

Upon entering, staff immediately offered to help with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent – I slept straight through till morning. The facilities were well-maintained, and the toiletries were high quality. Room service was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The location is superb, making it easy to get around for dining and shopping. Throughout my stay, the service was attentive yet discreet, never overbearing. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, truly making me feel at home. This is my top choice for accommodation when traveling; I’ll definitely stay here again!”

„The hotel is new and right across from the MixC Mall. The rooms are clean and the reception staff was nice. However, this hotel had the worst breakfast selection and quality that we have ever seen. No juice, no pastries, no toast, no spreads, etc. There was a small portion of fried rice for guests to share, a few shrimps on a plate, warm water, and a few boiled eggs.”

„The front desk staff were outstanding. They were so helpful and kind. The hotel was classy and beautiful. My stay was comfortable however there could be more improvement with the planning of the dining hall. The seating was inadequate for the amount of people at the hotel.”

„A hotel that came to Rizhao for a business trip, a hotel very close to the train station. The faint perfume in the lobby makes people very relaxing. The location of the hotel is very good, go to the train station, the supermarket, the beach is very close. Especially the jasper service at the front desk made me very satisfied, patiently and politely checked in for me, the service was super good. I also asked me if I had a taboo for breakfast. I was very satisfied with the Rizhao stay and I also recognized the service.”

„Far from city center. Not good for business travelers unless you want to be near the sea. The restaurant was closed in winter so we had to order food from outside, but the options around are very limited.”

„Food and ambient is very good.  But the check in was not handle properly as I hv issue going into my room with room key.  Has to change the room key after the check in.   Overall experiences was good.”
