„The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic. With Fantasy Island and the Water Park right inside, my kids had an amazing time. The Ruyi Bridge, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, makes getting to the beach incredibly convenient. On top of that, the hotel service was so warm and welcoming. After checking in, our butler, Kele, immediately contacted me with all sorts of helpful reminders and fulfilled every request we had. I'm very satisfied.”

„This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others”

„這次來日照住的日照大酒店世帆賽基地店，體驗真的超出預期！位置特別好，出門就是海邊和世帆賽基地，散步、看海都超方便。房間乾淨舒服，採光也不錯，住着很安心。前台和服務員都很熱情，有問題迴應很快，態度特別好。酒店整體安靜不吵，休息得很好，性價比很高。來日照玩住這裏真的很方便，下次來還會選這家，真心推薦！”

„房間雖然不是正海景，但是看海景還是不錯，另外賓館服務很周到，又續住2晚，幾點感受： 1.酒店位置好！步行萬平口景區20分鐘，非常方便。附近餐館多，海鮮很新鮮。房間設備有些老舊，但是比較乾淨。 2.早餐比較豐富，但是西餐品種較少，咖啡也不是現磨的，有點拉低檔次！ 3.服務很周到！前廳部張弛和早餐廳2位主管及時迴應大家訴求，服務熱情周到！ 幾點建議： 1.賓館是關愛退役軍人協會副會長單位，但是沒有軍人優先窗口，需要設定。 2.酒店晚餐好吃不貴，早餐需要再精緻些。 3.房間配備的物品有些簡陋，需要提高品質！ 熱情周到的服務讓人很温暖，賓至如歸！五星好評！”

„朋友入住的讓我一定寫個好評，服務很熱情一直關注住的滿意不，有任何需求聯繫，酒店開業不就配套服務不完善，行政酒廊餐廳都沒有開放，衹有早餐送了我一份去體驗了一下有很大的提升空間可以加入本地的特色美食，海沙子麪，海腸撈飯，等等特色，菜品單一無功無過，58元朋友説不買哈哈，房間設施設備不錯如果對標五星級需要提升，房間淡淡的香味沒有歡迎禮遇沒有，衞生還不錯服務意識有，沒有人員介紹引領。希望越來越好吧”

„這次入住整體體驗很踏實。酒店位置便利，離地鐵站不遠，周邊找便利店和餐館都很容易。 前台辦理入住和退房都很順暢，工作人員態度平和，有問必答。房間面積適中，收拾得乾淨整潔，沒有異味。床墊軟硬合適，一夜睡下來比較解乏。淋浴水温和水壓穩定，洗去疲勞很管用。 早餐是簡單的中西式自助，熱菜、主食、粥品都有，補充及時。餐廳環境明亮，服務員會主動收走用過的餐盤。還可以 DIY 三明治還有清爽的西點沙拉。 酒店裝修不豪華，但維護得不錯，公共區域和電梯間都保持清潔。無線網絡信號穩定，處理日常工作沒問題。 總的來説，這是一次讓人安心的入住。沒有特別突出的亮點，但各方面都做到了穩妥可靠，性價比不錯。如果需要再來這個區域，會首先考慮這裏。”

„位置沒得説，在桃花島景區裏，卧聽海浪，夜觀星辰，更加幸運的是看了一場免費的民間煙花晚會（不知道是不是每年過年都自發在這裏放煙花），前台右邊這個小姑娘好熱情呀（不好意思忘了問名字，一臉的旺夫相，説話特別温柔😊）送了好多禮物！ 總之非常推薦，快捷的價格，五星的享受”
