Отель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!

Moja żona i ja zatrzymaliśmy się z dwójką naszych dzieci w lutym. (5 i 1 rok) Pogoda była idealna do zabaw na świeżym powietrzu. Park tematyczny jest tak piękny i duży, że przypomina Disneyland. Zwłaszcza kolejka górska zapiera dech w piersiach. Dzieci również świetnie się bawiły. Zalecany pokaz delfinów. Pokoje hotelowe są bardzo ładne i atrakcyjne dla dzieci. Po opuszczeniu parku tematycznego należy zaoferować dzieciom więcej zabaw w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych hotelu, a powierzchnia do tego jest nieco mała. Chcielibyśmy móc zostawić przynajmniej jedno z naszych dzieci w klubie dziecięcym pod opieką na 1-2 godziny. Jednak nie ma takiego obszaru.

Śniadanie i lunch są idealne. Kolacja jest lepsza. Natomiast w systemie hotelowym all inclusive za wyciskany sok pomarańczowy nie należy dopłacać.

Jestem wdzięczny chłopcu z Bell, Selimowi, za jego pomoc. Sprawił, że nasz pobyt był bardzo łatwy. W dniu mojego wyjazdu z hotelu podłączył naszą maszynę do karmienia do prądu i pomógł mi przygotować jedzenie dla mojego małego dziecka. Dlatego pomógł nam komfortowo spędzić ostatni dzień. Jestem wdzięczny za twoją życzliwą pomoc.

Приятный отель, новый ) ребята стараются. Но все же больше 2 ночей надоедает) будьте готовы , что большой номер с отдельной гостиной на нижних этажах имеет вид в стену🤣, фото прилагаю )))) естественно предприимчивые ребята сначала нас попытались заселить в худший номер, чем немного испортили впечатление вначале, но , отдохнув на ужине ( кстати очень вкусно все было) и покатавшись, мы отошли. В другом номере нас ждал сюрприз - не работал в спальне кондиционер, муж спал в гостиной … 
Его чинили сутки🤦🏻♀️ вместо катания на горках я сидела с мастерами в номере, по пять раз объясняя, что надо сделать … когда притащили вентилятор , я честно, очень смеялась , номер за приличные деньги просто , не дешевый ) но, если вы на позитиве- вам ничто отдых не омрачит💪.
Сняла за вид в стену звезду и за бессонную ночь в жаре, и за следующий потерянный в ремонте их кондея день)))

Outstanding Stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul

My stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul was absolutely amazing. The hotel truly exceeded all expectations in every aspect. The room size, stunning views, exceptional service, room dining, coffee quality, and restaurants are all top-tier and among the best choices you could ask for.

The breakfast buffet deserves special praise — it offers a huge variety of options, covering all tastes and preferences, with high quality and excellent presentation. There is something for everyone.

The hotel’s location is perfect. It is directly in front of a large mall with many popular brands such as Alo, Lululemon, Victoria’s Secret, Nike, Sephora, and many others. Right in front of the hotel, there are also excellent restaurants like Um Shereef, BigChefs, and more. Express Lab is conveniently located next door as well.

One of the highlights was the beautifully decorated area for New Year and seasonal themes. This area is lively and charming, with many coffee and food shops offering a wide and delicious range of choices — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.

I would like to give a special thank you to PR Kubra for her warm welcome, kind words, and clear explanation of the hotel’s features. Fatih for checking in and accommodating all my requests, I also want to thank Emirkan for his proactive attitude and excellent support, making our check-out process very easy and smooth.


Definitely, Rixos Tersane Istanbul will be my first choice every time I visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

It was amazing trip. 
Hotel was very beautiful . Mostly I remember view on the 8 floor, where spend breakfast . For breakfast serve many turkey delights and also salmon and desserts . 
Nearby hotel street Istiklyal- central street with many shops and cafe. Very comfortable area for life. This part of town calm , but there are many sights. 
We went on foot to old city about 20 minutes. 
Hotel in custom style , clean. Cleaning up- every day. We get a little problem - clogging, but it was decided after one hour. Impression from hotel very good. We definitely will go back .

More than comfortable and beautiful premium hotel. We visited it 6 years ago, now we're back and it only became better during the last 6 years. They improved much: pillow menu, fabulous breakfasts and dinners, the highest standards of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to Svetlana and Ilya from reception desk - they were always ready to help. Thanks Ong for the excellent cleanliness our room. We asked Guest relations staff members for some favor - office chair(we needed it to perform some online business meetings during our holiday), they helped in a quick and efficient manner, the office chair was provided almost immediately. Thanks to each and every team member of the restaurant: they all worked as a team, thank you a lot again! Always clean, tasty food. We managed to perfectly relax and recharge. We should also separately mention the beach facilities. The beach club is one of the best in Dubai and hotel guests can use on complimentary basis. Beach is actually  5 minutes walk from your room, which makes everything easier. You should also try the pool bar, you can order some cold soft or not so soft drinks directly from the pool. Food is very healthy, tasty, fresh everywhere - starting from the breakfast restaurant ending with the beach bar and restaurant. Biggest choice of healthy food I've ever seen: healthy drinks, sprouts, vegetables, fresh fruit, a lot of choices for any diet or culture. Thank you for your hospitality, service, comfort, friendliness. We'll be back again soon!
