„This apartment-style hotel is on the 22nd floor with a fantastic view. I snagged a 199 RMB coupon when booking, so I booked immediately, making it a really good deal. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was nice, with a separate shower and toilet. Every room faces Qinghuahai Wetland Park; the view from the 22nd floor is unimaginable. The balcony even had a table, chairs, and tea set—perfect for enjoying tea and the scenery. Service was basic and adequate; they answered all my questions. High value for money, recommended.”

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone! Our host, Minsu, was very welcoming and personally picked us up at the Ginkgo intersection. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was decorated in a simple and sophisticated style, very clean, and comfortable. Their large, high-definition TV was perfect for watching a movie in bed after a bath. The location is also great; Ginkgo King is just a five-minute walk away. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I'd definitely stay here again.

GGośćDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

GGośćThe homestay was clean and comfortable, exactly as expected and consistent with the photos shown. The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch. However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

LLuvMinSuNuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

GGość本來訂的是另外一個院子，老闆給升級成了荷畔大床房，視野不錯，如果是荷花開的季節肯定更好看。樓下就是咖啡店，裝修很有格調。交通相對古鎮裏面的民宿來説比較方便，在古鎮的西邊，汽車可以直接到，衹是離古城中間相對來説遠一點。木質結構的房子隔音不是很好，樓下有條小路會有車過，稍微有點吵。店家服務很棒，還到遊客中心來接。晚上回來在樓下壁爐烤火，喝着紅茶很愜意。早餐也不錯。強烈推薦！

SSwee Chee TeoWe booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced. Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
