Guilin – hotele ze śniadaniem

„The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!”

„Zalety: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji turystycznych. Ciocia w restauracji była bardzo serdeczna. Kiedy poszliśmy zjeść śniadanie tuż przed zamknięciem, natychmiast odłożyła to, co robiła i podeszła, żeby pomóc nam ugotować makaron ryżowy. Uprzejmie przypomniała nam również, jak sprawić, żeby smakował lepiej. Wady: Jakość powietrza w pomieszczeniu nie jest najlepsza, a temperatura wody pod prysznicem jest bardzo trudna do wyregulowania – albo za gorąca, albo za zimna, w zasadzie niemożliwa. Wziąłem prysznic po dniu zabawy na zewnątrz. Kiepski prysznic naprawdę wpłynął na moje wrażenia z pobytu. Ponadto nie ma tu żadnych pamiątek, które wielokrotnie pojawiają się w innych recenzjach.”

„Perfect room! Strategic location to several sight seeing destinations (elephant mountain, sun & moon towers, east-west street, Jing's palace), very clean (housekeepers are super helpful to replace any towel or bedsheet when requested during our stay), friendliest receptionists (provide us a lot of info about traveling in Guilin, given us some free hotel souvenirs such as tote bags, magnet decoration & monk fruit before our departure). Although the street opposite the hotel was in the state of government construction works, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. 100% would come back to this hotel if I were to visit Guilin again.”

„If you are still looking for a hotel in Guilin, you can stop searching I rarely write such detailed reviews but this place really deserves it Everything here is amazing - from the location to the service. Every little detail is carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free The staff impressed me the most. They notice small details and truly care about guests. At first, I was surprised that even staff members I had never met before already knew my room number. It was a little funny and unexpected 😄 But like this you understand the high level of the service Everyone was so kind to me and always ready to help 🥺 Even if someone doesn’t speak English, they quickly use a translator and do their best to solve any problem The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are probably one of my favorite parts of the stay - I honestly did not want to leave them! The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including nice Chinese tea, coffee, and many small details that make you feel at home like bath salt. Another very useful detail for travelers is the free self-service laundry. When you travel for a longer time, having a place where you can easily wash your clothes is a huge advantage The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise. While traveling around China, I often found that hotel breakfasts were mostly focused on Chinese food, which can sometimes be difficult for international travelers. Here, there is also a great Western breakfast with enough choices Another amazing part is the number of complimentary experiences included in the stay. Fresh fruits every day, afternoon drinks with desserts, cultural activities, and more. Sometimes there are so many things to enjoy that you don’t even want to leave the hotel😅 I especially loved the Chinese calligraphy experience. Writing calligraphy while two lovely parrots sometimes came to sit on my shoulder felt like a real journey into traditional Chinese culture. You can also create small handmade souvenirs, which makes the experience even more memorable The location is perfect, with incredible mountain views all around. And one small detail that I really appreciated: the panoramic windows are always perfectly clean. In many hotels, beautiful views are ruined by dirty windows, but here you can fully enjoy the scenery P.S.: just one small suggestion it would be great to have a “Do not disturb” sign. Some guests may want to have some private time and make sure that nobody enters the room”

„Udogodnienia: To bardzo stary hotel. Kiedy moja rodzina przyjechała tu po raz pierwszy, myśleli, że to podróbka Sheratona. W ogóle nie spełnia standardów pięciogwiazdkowych. W szczególności łazienka ma dziwnie zaprojektowaną umywalkę – tak płytką i niską, że po umyciu twarzy robi się mokro. Okolica: Pokoje są również bardzo małe, a podczas święta narodowego było tam mnóstwo ludzi. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje, a jeden znajdował się w samym rogu, z widokiem na dach. To było naprawdę niezadowalające. Izolacja akustyczna była wyjątkowo słaba. Słyszałem kroki i głosy z góry i z korytarza. Zazwyczaj noszę słuchawki z redukcją hałasu, kiedy śpię, ale nie mogłem się powstrzymać od zadzwonienia do recepcji z pytaniem, dlaczego jest tak głośno. Jedzenie: Śniadanie było przeciętne, niewiele do jedzenia. Moją jedyną pozytywną opinią był smażony makaron ryżowy Guilin, który oczywiście był trudny w przygotowaniu i niesmaczny. Wszystko inne było zupełnie mdłe. Obsługa: Jedynym akceptowalnym aspektem była obsługa. Zarówno personel recepcji, jak i szef kuchni bufetowi byli bardzo mili. Nadal jednak nie rozumiem, dlaczego kaucja została pobrana przy zameldowaniu, skoro została zwrócona natychmiast po dokonaniu rezerwacji przez aplikację. To drobny problem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, lokalizacja jest doskonała. Większość atrakcji znajduje się w zasięgu spaceru. Transport bywa uciążliwy w czasie święta narodowego z powodu dużej liczby turystów, ale możliwość dotarcia pieszo jest świetna. Biorąc pod uwagę stosunkowo przystępną cenę, na tym poprzestanę.”

„The hotel staff work with a very good attitude and are very attentive to us. The rooms are very new, clean, and well-equipped. The rooms are located so that you can walk to Elephant’s Nose Mountain. The scenery along the way is so beautiful that it‘s worth staying here.”
