Shanshan – hotele ze śniadaniem

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

設施：齊全，有很多小設計讓人驚喜，比如貼心準備了洗衣液，一次性泡澡袋等等。房間裏有一本吐魯番的書也很好看！樓下還有一家超市，買東西很方便。路口有共享小電驢，出行騎這個很方便。早餐一般。 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：很有民族特色，窗外可以遠眺沙漠，小陽台很舒服，旁邊很多夜宵攤，有一家回族老闆的純牛肉餃子超級好吃！還有一個小童遊樂園 服務：老闆人太好了！因為我在火車上丟了身份證，老闆來火車站接我的時候等了我好久，但是一點沒怨言，很耐心地等我們，還熱心幫忙聯繫派出所打聽臨時身份證要怎麼辦理。另外，鄯善不太好用滴滴高德打車，還好老闆告訴我要用一個特定的微信平台，才順利打到了車。

The hotel's newly replaced carpet gives people a brand new feeling and is very comfortable. The front desk service is as warm, thoughtful and professional as always. My friends and I like living here very much. The hotel also has a free laundry room and gym. It is worth staying for friends who are on business trips. The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is very convenient for travel.

房間挺大的，衞生間乾濕分離，要是在淋浴的地面做一個三、五釐米的物理隔斷，防止淋浴地面的水流到洗漱區域來，就完美了。門口有停車位，不算多也不算少。整條街，整個區域都是酒店、足浴、養生堂、餐飲之類的，也有大點的超市。

English comment. Amazing spot with well cleaned and maintained rooms. No smoke smell, lovely location that's near to attractions and alot of food. Best hotel in the area. 10/10

店家的服務真的是太好了，因為離得近，還特意打電話確認口味做了很好的安排，非常感謝。 店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服。 早餐雖然簡單，但是味道還是可以的，以後還會繼續光顧。 環境：很乾凈，衞生做的很好，讓人非常滿意。

房間陽光充足 ，設施齊全，寬敞明亮。 平台還會發出優惠券。 交通便利，乘車方便。 商超眾多，附近各種風味小吃店都有，還有各種水果攤。 酒店信號質量好，工作學習都很便利。

We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.

房間乾淨整潔，進門的那一刻真的會有温馨的感覺，最滿意的酒店，在這旅遊旺季還能有這樣的良心酒店，大家閉眼入，酒店的位置特別便利，停車場很大，免費停車，距離高鐵站和景區都非常近。房間設備齊全，每個房間都配備了加濕器。我們一行三人，前台小姐姐服務超級好，主動給我們送了一套洗漱用品，並給我們免費升級了豪華標間，出門在外遇到意外的善良“與君初相識，猶如故人歸‘’感謝酒店，更加感謝這位善良的小古麗，讓這座美麗的城市又增加了一份美感

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
