Ogólnie hotel jest szczególnie dobry, otoczenie jest spokojne i ciche, oddalone od urbanizmu, co sprawia, że czuje się bardzo wyluzowany. Wyposażenie pokoju jest doskonałe, rozsądne ujęcie, łatwe w użyciu, miękkie łóżko, bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Zdrowie jest bardzo dobrze wykonane, pomieszczenia są czyste, a obszary publiczne są dobrze załatwione, a szczegóły są bardzo uważnie. W nocy zorganizowano gości, by zobaczyć gwiazdy na zewnątrz, piękną widoki na zewnątrz, piękną niebo, nie szukać miejsca, iść za nim, bezpiecznie i spokojnie, a nocą doświadczyć.”

„Of all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included. The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do. Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp. Thank you for a great stay.”

This is what we feel is the happiest. The children in the small lake at the entrance of the hotel can play in the sand. The sand slopes before and after can be climbed in the sand. „I checked out yesterday at noon. I booked the hotel after seeing it advertised in a live stream. I was really interested in this new hotel, which just opened in August. Before going, I specifically checked the reviews, and they weren't great; most complaints were about the service. I decided to give it a try anyway and booked for two nights. I understand that building a hotel in the desert is expensive, and the owner is clearly aiming for a long-term business model. However, given all the effort and investment, why is the service so lacking? The hardware facilities are actually quite decent, but the service truly falls short. Firstly, there was no greeting from the bellhop; they just immediately asked about check-in and took my luggage. At the front desk, the staff member processed my check-in without even looking up, no smile, no tea, no candies. After we got to the room, there were flies. I contacted a staff member, and they just brought an electric fly swatter for us to deal with ourselves. My child had nosebleeds on both the first and second day, and when I asked if there was a medical room, they said no, and that I'd have to go to Zhongwei city to buy supplies. There wasn't even the most basic level of concern. On the day of check-in, we received a fruit platter, but we hardly ate it because it was mostly apples, and the pears needed peeling. On the second day, there was no disposable toothbrush for my child, and the single-use toiletries were incredibly small, completely different from what was advertised. Overall, the experience was very poor. If the owner continues to operate like this, fewer and fewer people will visit. The breakfast was also mediocre, and I have pictures to prove it. The only thing I was most satisfied with was the hotel's design style, which is very beautiful and great for photos. It's such a shame that a hotel with such good design is let down by its service.”
