The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.

Second Time at the Bamboo Camp and it is still very impressive how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

Our stay was just perfect. It is a beautiful Balinese traditional set-up villa, every staff was friendly and so kind and it really touched my heart. It's a bit old property but perfectly maintained, I didn't feel it's old at all and I was rather impressed how well they kept this beautiful villa. You can also notice a great attention to detials, the person (people) came up with this design and architect must be genius! I was worried after seeing the review on bugs, yes there are bugs, but it's perfectly natural cause the villa is in the middle of the nature! That's the charm of this resort. I would be concerned if they use too much chemicals to kill the bugs. I hate bugs but there was nothing harmful - like a roach I always see in HK.. so I was totally ok! There are cute lizards roaming around too, I really loved watching them. I really enjoyed staying in Banyan Tree but most of all it was people who made my stay memorable - everyone smiles and greeted so nicely which really made my trip. They were very attentive and accommodating too. I wish I could go back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings.

Doskonała lokalizacja od zwykłych parków wodnych i turystów. ośrodek jest tylko godzinę od terminala promowego, za dodatkową opłatą, mogą zorganizować pickup/drop. Pokój jest znacznie lepszy niż reklama fotografii. Każda udogodnienie, o którym można pomyśleć, jest dostępna, w tym śmietana odpychająca owadów. Jest to miejsce, gdzie można pozostać, jeśli chcesz być blisko natury. Są kilka gatunków królewskich ryb, piasku i ślimaków, raptorsów itp. tylko aby nazwać kilka. Głównym spektrum tego miejsca jest, gdy przypływ jest niski, można wychodzić i iść na ryby, znaleźć różne gatunki krabów, i łowców śmieci itp. Ponieważ jest to plaża mangrove, nieuniknione są mrówki, więc ważne jest, aby ukryć się podczas jazdy na plaży. Staff są przyjazne i jedzenie jest niesamowite. Będę wrócić ponownie nadziei w najbliższej przyszłości.
