The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner.

İt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.

Second Time at the Bamboo Camp and it is still very impressive how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

Pleasant stay at de Bintan Villa with friendly staffs and customer service! Really enjoy the stay here, a great escape from the hustle bustle cities. There’s a mini zoo in the villa too!

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang! Doskonała lokalizacja od zwykłych parków wodnych i turystów. ośrodek jest tylko godzinę od terminala promowego, za dodatkową opłatą, mogą zorganizować pickup/drop. Pokój jest znacznie lepszy niż reklama fotografii. Każda udogodnienie, o którym można pomyśleć, jest dostępna, w tym śmietana odpychająca owadów. Jest to miejsce, gdzie można pozostać, jeśli chcesz być blisko natury. Są kilka gatunków królewskich ryb, piasku i ślimaków, raptorsów itp. tylko aby nazwać kilka. Głównym spektrum tego miejsca jest, gdy przypływ jest niski, można wychodzić i iść na ryby, znaleźć różne gatunki krabów, i łowców śmieci itp. Ponieważ jest to plaża mangrove, nieuniknione są mrówki, więc ważne jest, aby ukryć się podczas jazdy na plaży. Staff są przyjazne i jedzenie jest niesamowite. Będę wrócić ponownie nadziei w najbliższej przyszłości.
