Sapporo – hotele ze śniadaniem

Had an amazing stay at Chalet Ivy, a new modern ryokan with traditional feels. The room is very spacious with comfortable modern amenities, with an in-room private onsen, with unobstructed snow covered views. Dinner and breakfast here are one of the best, the sequencing of dishes and the amount are just right. Your get to explore various dishes and each dishes are so meticulously done. One of the best perks here are the lounge, the snack bar and drinks bar are awesome. Stocks with best Sapporo snack and drinks for you to grab at any time. Definitely one of the best resort ever, will return for sure.

After spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service. The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.  My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely.  The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.  The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic! WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.  House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.  I had access to the executive lounge.  It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.  The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.  The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.  Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.  Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.  To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.  A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.   Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day! Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻

Travelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

I really love this hotel, near food places and the train station. What more is the hotel is very spacious! Would recommend this to everyone if they love it further away from town area

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

Mój mąż i ja zarezerwowaliśmy 6-dniowy pobyt w tym hotelu w dniach 9-15 listopada 2025 roku, ponieważ jego lokalizacja jest świetna (tylko 10-15 minut spacerem do dworca kolejowego w Sapporo). Przejazd taksówką ze stacji do hotelu kosztował nas tylko 750 jenów. Pierwszego dnia zameldowania wszystko przebiegło sprawnie, ale szkoda, że ​​recepcjonista nie był bardziej przyjazny. Powiedział nam, że sprzątanie i makijaż pokoju odbywają się tylko co trzeci dzień naszego pobytu. Recepcjonistki na porannej zmianie są bardziej przyjazne i pomocne. Zespół sprzątający pokoje jest bardziej przyjazny i serdeczny i zrobił na nas lepsze wrażenie niż zespół recepcjonistów na nocnej zmianie. Jedna sprzątaczka potrafiła nawet lepiej komunikować się z nami po angielsku niż personel recepcji! Czyste ręczniki można wymienić, wrzucając zużyte do brązowej torby i wystawiając ją przed drzwi, a nowe zostaną podane w beżowej torbie. Jakość szczoteczki do zębów jest całkiem dobra, grzebień, jednorazowa maszynka do golenia, krem ​​do golenia, żel do mycia twarzy, tonik, olejek kosmetyczny i oczyszczający itp. Napoje, takie jak kawa, zielona herbata, herbata Earl i cukier, są dostępne w saszetkach przed windą na parterze i są samoobsługowe. Zarezerwowany przez nas pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami był przestronny i pomieścił nawet 1 duży i 2 średnie bagaże. Do dyspozycji była toaletka, mała kanapa, stolik kawowy, sejf i mini lodówka. Do dyspozycji były również szlafroki i obuwie. Nie było szafy na ubrania, tylko 4 haczyki i 4 wieszaki na zimowe płaszcze. Łazienka i pokój były czyste i bez nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Aby wejść do łazienki, trzeba pokonać jeden duży stopień przy drzwiach. Poduszka była zbyt miękka – kiedy zapytaliśmy o to recepcjonistę pracującego na nocnej zmianie, usłyszeliśmy „brak poduszki” bez dalszych wyjaśnień. Okno w pokoju jest dość dźwiękoszczelne, mimo że hotel znajduje się tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy. Dobrze się wyspaliśmy, z wyjątkiem dwóch nocy, kiedy w środku nocy (od północy do pierwszej) słyszeliśmy głośny hałas z innego pokoju. Musieliśmy dostarczyć duży bagaż na lotnisko, skąd miała go odebrać firma przewozowa Yamato. Recepcja poinformowała nas, że nie wolno nam zostawiać bagażu w recepcji, aby mogła go odebrać firma Yamato. Musimy go dostarczyć do firmy osobiście. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt w tym hotelu był całkiem przyjemny, ale myślę, że personel recepcji powinien przejść szkolenie z obsługi klienta.

The room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!
