Location is super convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is extensive! Lots to choose from. Room comes with complimentary bottled water. There is a welcome drink at the Sky bar which you can choose from 2 alcoholic 1 non alcoholic options.

Stayed for the second time for business trip. Love how this hotel located, easy access by grab or bts. Just remember to locate more time for grab finding. So far all is good, the gym the service are all good!

I want to write this review based on my personal experience during my stay, without intending to accuse any guest or staff member. I have already filed a police report, and there is no conclusion yet as to who committed the act. During my stay, my personal camera went missing from inside the shared dormitory room. I admit that I was partly negligent, as I put the camera in a bag and placed it on the inner side of my upper bunk bed, thinking it was my own space and no one would interfere with items not on someone else's bed. However, this incident made me realize that in a shared room, we cannot anticipate that our belongings will be safe just because they are on an upper bunk. Therefore, what I want to suggest to the accommodation is not just about ”preventing loss of items,” but about the overall security system for guests. I would like to see consideration for installing CCTV cameras inside the dormitory rooms at appropriate locations, or at least in areas where incidents can be monitored. This must be designed in accordance with the law and respect guests' privacy rights, for example, by positioning cameras appropriately, clearly informing guests, limiting access to footage, and setting appropriate data retention periods. For me, CCTV cameras are not only useful in cases of lost property or theft, but can also be used to monitor other security incidents when they occur, such as accidents, altercations, emergencies, or situations where guests request an investigation of facts. Another point I want to convey to the accommodation is that when an incident occurred, I fully understand that the accommodation must be careful about the rights and privacy of other guests and should not disclose personal information or conduct searches without proper criteria. But at the same time, I would like there to be clear guidelines on how the accommodation can cooperate with victims and the police when an incident that may involve the safety or property of guests occurs, without having to choose between ”respecting guests' rights” and ”assisting victims.” My own incident caused me great concern, because when I reported it to the police, the officers asked if the accommodation had checked the room or related areas. But at the same time, the accommodation itself was concerned about guests' rights. So I felt burdened to request further investigation, as I did not want this matter to infringe on anyone else's rights. Ultimately, I could only file a police report, and there was no room inspection in the way I had hoped would help uncover further evidence. I am not writing this review to say who is at fault or who is the thief, because I do not have enough evidence to accuse anyone, and I do not want other guests to suffer from unconfirmed accusations. But as a guest, I admit I feel somewhat let down because my belongings went missing despite being on an upper bunk, and it made me realize that the security system of shared dormitory rooms should be developed to be more robust. I will take this incident as a lesson and will be more careful with my personal belongings in the future. Regarding the accommodation, I would like to leave this as a suggestion: if there were a clear security system, with appropriate camera recording in suitable areas, and clear procedures for handling incidents that can involve coordination with the police or relevant authorities under the law, it would likely make both guests and the accommodation feel safer and more at ease. I hope this experience will be beneficial for the development of the accommodation and help future guests feel more secure and confident. The accommodation is very pleasant, and overall, I am very happy with the environment. The view is beautiful, it's by the river, and the price is affordable.

Poprosiłem o pokój od strony rzeki, który był dość duży, z dwoma łóżkami o szerokości 1,2 metra. Hotel oferuje dogodny transport promem do najbliższej stacji metra. Można również wybrać się na wycieczkę łodzią po rzece. Śniadanie w hotelu było doskonałe, z szerokim wyborem dań i pysznymi smakami. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie.

Uważam, że hotel jest trochę za daleko od miasta. Ale jest w porządku, bo jest bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego. Pokój, który dostaliśmy jest bardzo przestronny i czysty. Dziękuję personelowi hotelu za zorganizowanie dla nas smakołyków i wystroju na miesiąc miodowy. Jestem niesamowicie zaszczycony🥰 Wszystko było w porządku. Chciałbym zasugerować hotelowi F&B otwarcie sekcji halal na śniadanie w formie bufetu, ponieważ w hotelu przebywa wielu muzułmanów, nasz wybór jedzenia jest bardzo ograniczony. Dziękuję. Świetna robota swissotel Bangkok ratchada. Mam nadzieję, że jeszcze się spotkamy.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu całą rodziną: 2 dorosłych i dwójka dzieci, i naprawdę miło spędziliśmy czas. Śniadanie jest dla nas bardzo ważne i tutaj było naprawdę dobre: ​​jest stacja z jajkami, jogurty, świeża zielenina i warzywa, gofry, naleśniki, mnóstwo ciast i deserów. Brakowało mi trochę różnorodności w wyborze herbat, a jakość kawy mogłaby być lepsza, ale pod każdym innym względem śniadanie było urozmaicone, świeże i smaczne. Wyciszenie w pokojach oceniłbym na 7/10; słychać, co dzieje się na korytarzu, ale nie przeszkadza to w spa. Podobało nam się również spa, chociaż sauna w damskiej szatni była wyłączona i niestety przez 2 godziny w recepcji spa nie było nikogo, kto mógłby ją włączyć. Basen jest chłodny, ale ponieważ na zewnątrz było 33 stopnie, pływanie w nim było przyjemne. Hotel ma duży, bezpieczny parking, gdzie zostawiliśmy samochód na cały pobyt. Dostępność komunikacyjna jest bardzo dobra. Zainstalowali nowe windy, więc teraz nie ma z nimi problemów. Przypadkowo byliśmy tam na Chiński Nowy Rok i widzieliśmy przedstawienie, które odbyło się w holu na pierwszym piętrze. Bardzo nam się podobało i chętnie tu wrócimy.

The location was great House keeping was amazing (Fern was the one who cleaned my room all of my stay. She was incredible) All the staff was great but huge thanks to Noi who was super helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel however please add a few more equipment to the gym 🙃

Zakwaterowanie jest cudowne. Uwielbiam strefę basenową. Śniadanie również jest doskonałe. Jednak w pokoju trochę śmierdzi. Udogodnienia w pokoju są niekompletne, więc trzeba o nie poprosić. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest super!

We stayed at Kingston Suites Hotel Sukhumvit after reading mostly positive reviews, so our expectations were fairly high. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t fully match what we saw online. After check-in, we were informed that we had to drop off and pick up the elevator key card every time we left or returned to the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Our suite was located in a separate building behind the main hotel. During our stay, one of the flats on our floor was undergoing renovation, which made things very noisy – unlucky timing, but still disruptive. The suite itself was very spacious. It had a living room with a small kitchen and a washing machine (a nice bonus you don’t often find in hotels), and a large bedroom separated by a big door. However, the bedroom felt extremely empty despite its size. While the bed was large and very comfortable, which we appreciated, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The carpets were visibly dirty, the headboard had stains, and there were stains on the cupboards and vanity table as well. This really put both me and my wife off and made the room feel neglected rather than “luxury.” The living room TV was large, but we couldn’t figure out how to use the channels or system properly. On the positive side, the bathroom had a Japanese-style toilet with a bidet, good shower pressure, and a huge hot tub-style bathtub. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the bathtub, the water came out very dirty. We informed reception, and they did clean it the next day, which we appreciated, but we still felt skeptical and didn’t end up using it. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the amenities on paper are great. However, the rooms really need updating, or at the very least, the photos on Google and booking sites should be updated to reflect the actual condition of the suites. We felt disappointed because the room did not match our expectations based on the reviews and pictures.
