The hotel room is beautifully designed. A huge smart TV, nice bath tub and a hugh comfortable bed. All the staff are friendly. Shout out to Funny, she helped to get a grab and also good recommendations to restaurants. She told me to try hotel restaurant but I told her want to try one outside first. Breakfast is delicious. Not many people knew about 2nd floor also have breakfast. We were there for 3 days, not many people ate at level 2.  Overall is a hotel that I will defined stay again.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular spots like the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market, Krua Pa-Yad restaurant making it easy to enjoy local food and shopping on foot. Good buffet breakfast and my family likes the chicken mushroom steam soup very much👍. The gym & swimming pool are well maintained. We usually like to stay at the main building where swimming pool, gym and restaurant are in the same building. Spacious and relax lobby. Overall it offers great value for money.

Great location located just in front of Central Festival Hatyai. Nice room with beautiful room, smart tv, WiFi, bathtub and pool access. Delicious breakfast We stayed in no smoking room but we could smell the smoking smell and no wardrobe Overall, we had a pleasure stay here.

Everything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel. I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid. The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

Prior to the flood, the hotel was already in tip-top condition — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But most importantly, we were incredibly blessed to be staying here during one of the worst floods in Hatyai’s history. Throughout the 5-day ordeal, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped secure food supplies, provided power for our devices, and, most importantly, kept us safe and comfortable at all times. A special shoutout to the Personnel (HR), the Accountant, and the owner, Ms. Tong, who stayed with us throughout the entire ordeal. She personally arranged for all guests to be transported to safe zones or the airport once conditions allowed. Their dedication was truly remarkable. The team worked tirelessly to protect everyone, ensured our safety, and never charged any additional fees despite our extended stay. They even provided food throughout the crisis. The atmosphere became a heartfelt community effort, with guests volunteering to cook, clean, and assist wherever they could. This hotel demonstrated extraordinary compassion and professionalism during a natural disaster. We are deeply, deeply grateful. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

Hotel located at a convenient spot, 10 min walking distance to Lee garden/kim Yong market area. Room is cozy, clean and spacious, comes with Complimentary mini bar where you can eat all the snacks and drinks. Before we arrive in hatyai, we touched base with the hotel to arrange for driver to fetch us to the KTM station - they were so helpful and recommended a few drivers for us so that we have more options. Upon arrival, my dad’s room tv was broken and we requested to change his room. They were kind enough to upgrade his room to a bigger one. I was not feeling well the second night and they even offered us medicine. The service in this hotel is top notch, staff is super friendly and helpful, accommodate all requests we have. would definitely stay back this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there. Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent! One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better. Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.
