The hotel provides decent service with friendly staff who are responsive to requests. The interior design is quite nice, creates a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though it would be even better if there was an additional work desk, as the current setup feels a bit limited for business travelers.

這次入住體驗非常好，同行的幾位客户也都很滿意。酒店周邊山環水繞，環境清幽，房間乾淨舒適，位置出行也很方便。管家全程服務貼心周到，事事為客人考慮，入住期間有任何問題都及時幫忙解決，讓人很省心。大家對酒店的乾洗服務也特別認可，效率高、效果好。雖然衹住了一晚，但整體感受很好，服務細緻又實在，客户都感覺很滿意，後續有需要還會選擇這家。

The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay for several days. All amenities are there and the rooms interior is fresh new with quality furniture. The personnel is very competent, accommodative and friendly. Breakfast is delicious with variety of dishes.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch; every corner was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in was quick. They patiently answered all my questions. The soundproofing in the room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the location was easy to find with convenient transportation. I had to check out late, and Front Desk Agent A went out of their way to arrange a complimentary late check-out for me. Thumbs up!

Stayed at this hotel twice. Friendly and helpful staff. But room is humid and stuffy due to central heating. Rubbish bin wasn’t emptied during cleaning on 2nd day but room was cleaned. Toiletries amenities was not refilled as well. Overall still good. The laundry service is a plus point and also robot delivery to room too. Hotel is located just few steps away from station and direct line to airport or stations.

The hotel was easy to find. It’s by the road and so easy to get onto a taxi. The rooms were good, clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was Chinese style and it was very much okay, and there was a microwave for general use. I recommend.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The city view is awesome, from 7 pm to 1030 pm we have the light shows on the building , book a room with bridge and city view, it is awesome. The rooms are clean, had a bathtub to enjoy, and bed is cozy. The staff are really welcoming, very warm gestures, from reception the ambiance is great. Restaurant staff were really friendly, language is no barrier when you have translations. There was a buffet breakfast, and offered us complimentary lunch and dinner as well. Thank you team. I would always recommend to here

I chose Wanda Shuhua Hotel for this trip. I am very satisfied overall. The hotel is strategically located, the transportation is very convenient, the smart equipment is complete, very intelligent, lying on the bed, turning on the lights and pulling the curtains~ just use the mouth to move, the breakfast is nutritious, and there are many foods downstairs. The hotel also has a free gym and laundry room, which saves the trouble of washing clothes. If there is a chance to come to Changsha in the future, I will continue to choose Wanda Shuhua Hotel.

Facilities: Pretty new. I usually prioritize recently opened hotels when I travel, so the facilities are usually more complete. Cleanliness: Also pretty good, cleaning is fast. Environment: The views from the 27th and 28th floors are nice. Service: This is something really worth praising. Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the laundry room attendant, everyone is very nice. The floor-to-ceiling windows are great for photos. The only downsides are that the elevators are always a bit quirky – for example, I'd be on the 27th floor and the elevator would be on the 28th but wouldn't come down. Also, the laundry room only has two washers and dryers, so you might have to queue at night. However, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the walking street, the room is very spacious and comfortable. It offers a beautiful view in front of the hotel. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and the staff should refrain from taking food while guests are still eating.
