Chengdu – kurorty

Amazing stay, incredible service, so comfortable! We've been traveling around China for nearly a month for business and out of all the places we stayed, this is the best! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment where we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. After traveling so long, the first thing we did was take advantage of the washing machine. The helpful instruction manual was so easy to follow and housekeeping was kind enough to deliver a laundry rack for us to dry some of our larger pieces. It was so nice to have the option to cook our own meals after eating out for so long. Anything you needed, it was just a phone call away. Tina, Seven, Lena, and Queena at the front desk helped us check in quickly and always answered our questions with a smile on their faces. Kenneth was so great in helping us with our luggage and suggesting delicious restaurants in the area. Summer the housekeeping supervisor was so generous with her hospitality — we had some guests visit and ran out of water and tea bags, which she so kindly and quickly replenished for us. The housekeeping team is honestly the best we've encountered. They are so thorough and thoughtful. We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay to 3 more days. We'll definitely come back when we return to Chengdu! Want to thank the Parkvue team for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. You are all a credit to your profession!

Very comfortable hotel and breakfast is many different foods that you can choose. I will definitely come back again!

Great experience. The hotel was very accommodating and went out of the way to prepare for our visit. Definitely recommend it to others who are visiting Chengdu.

Great location, very close to Chunxi road metro line 2 station, about 6 minutes by foot after getting off E1 exit. There are both up and down escalators so convenient for those traveling with heavy luggage. Fruit sellers are everywhere and there's a fruit market directly downstairs from the hostel. The room was clean and housekeeping came by to clean and give 2 bottles of water every day. If you hang the do not disturb sign on the door, they will leave the bottles outside your door. The room was in a nice tatami styled layout with a comfortable bed and a window you can open for fresh air. Also, there is an elevator, reception is on level 3. Hostel is locates within walking distance from the Jin River. The biggest issue I had was the ventilation. The room itself was a non-smoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke will permeate the room through the vents in the bathroom if someone was smoking. I would break out in coughs over the smoke smell in the afternoons and wake up choking at night if someone had smoked. I was on the fourth floor (top floor) and above me would have been the rooftop, so not sure if the cigarette smell was coming from above or below.

I absolutely love this hotel for the following reasons ! 1. It’s so beautiful, it totally fulfills my fantasy of staying in a historical building in an ancient dynasty time and being a rich Chinese girl . 2. The Location is so very convenient, and I love this entire neighborhood. Very close to the temple. 3. It is very clean and quiet. 4. The technology in room ! They got JBL horizon speaker, and something like Alexa. Last but not least !!! 5. I love meeting my new friends from the bar! The drink was delicious and delicate ! And the girls I met are so friendly and fun to hang out with! Oh and they have good breakfast selections, too. I am highly recommended this hotel, if you are bored with hotel chain ! The only thing is hard for foreigners is communication, the employees don’t really speak English, but they are very friendly and helpful tho! I wish I will go back to this hotel soon !

Room was nice and clean, water temperature was nice and hot! They even have foot bath sachets available upon requests to soak your feet in your room. Food delivery was easy, a robot sends it to your room no matter what you order. It was easy to communicate with front desk as they add your wechat upon checking in. Staff were super helpful and friendly, served me a warm drink everytime i waited in the lobby. One staff even helped me with my bag when i didnt even ask. They also allowed me to extend my room for 1 hour without any charges.

This hotel is not a brand name hotel chain. It has over ten years old. Outside look is ok, but is not impressive. However, when I entered the hotel, I received a warm welcome from the staffs. The checkin is pretty smooth. The inside looking is not old and is very classic with lot of marble high quality structure, The help me taking the luggage to the room. The elevator is impressive with hardwood riixing with gold and well structure marble floor pattern, Once you get into the room and turn on the TN. Welcome neessage with both our names appearing on the TV. The room cleaning is very good. Some China high end stars hotel still have problem on the edge of war, bath room and etc. I can't find any dust on most of the place, This is not easy to do in a Chinese hotel. This is certainly need to do with a high standard management working groups and I verified these later talking with them how they can do it so well. In the standard point of view. I will give them 4.9 In the overall services I would give it 4.9, However, I finally changed my mind to give them a full mark 5.0 because I am very satisfied in this hotel services. This hotel location is good but a couple hundred meters from the centre district. However, it is much better price than those hotels in the centre district. You can take a walk or 10 dollars tips. Close to Tin Fu Square, Just opposite, it is a famous temple and walking streets with many restaurant and artistic stores. I fully recommend this hotel in terms of price and value, cleanest and the excellent services. I will pick this hotel again if I visit this city again.

This was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Chengdu, and I was overall impressed with the hotel. The hotel is located in a great location, close to many popular attractions. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Design The W Chengdu is known for its stylish design, and it does not disappoint. The lobby is spacious and features a large LED screen that displays colorful graphics. The rooms are also very stylish, with modern furniture and fixtures. I stayed in a standard room, which was approximately 45 square meters. The room had a large bed, a comfortable sofa, and a desk. The bathroom was also spacious, with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. Friendly Staff The staff at the W Chengdu were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me with my requests. I was particularly impressed with the concierge staff, who were able to book me reservations at popular restaurants and attractions.

I was super satisfied with my stay at the Chengdu Hilton Hotel this time. Special thanks to Mark, the handsome and sunny man at the front desk, who thoughtfully prepared two birthdays🎂fruit plates and room upgrade services👍. The staff in the restaurant, gym and guest rooms were all professional and courteous. Breakfast and The executive dinners are all delicious, the rooms are elegantly decorated and comfortable, and I can rest well after returning from traveling every day. It must be rated as a five-star hotel. In addition, the hotel staff also communicated on the phone before checking in and helped me prepare a humidifier and air purifier in advance.
