Hotel czuje się bardzo spokojny i z dala od drogi, choć nie jest zbyt hałasny w ogóle. Sam pokój był bardzo czysty i wygodny, a pracownicy byli bardzo przyjaźni. Z pewnością zostanę tu jeszcze raz!"

"The snowstorms have started early in Iowa so I was extremely happy to walk into the warm hotel and check in. The desk clerk was friendly but not overly so. Check in was very quick and I was quickly on my way to a beautiful and blessedly warm room. Noise was a bit loud as wedding guests came in after 1am and I was near the elevators. Check out was seamless and breakfast at the hotel cafe was quick, friendly and tasty."

"The hotel staff were very nonchalant and very uncaring. We paid over $400 to stay Saturday night. The TV had no remote and didn't work. They never got it fixed nor did they offer any kind of compensation in fact they were belligerent at midnight. The lady at the front desk fingernails were so long she couldn't change the batteries in the remote. She also wouldn't allow me to change the batteries in the remote. This is a reflection of the leader ship. While looking for the remote in the room, we found moldy rotten food under the bed. Disgusting lights in the bathroom see photos."

"Poor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom. Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room Beds comfortable, bedding cozy, and quiet room. Thanks for great weekend in Des Moines."
