My first night's room is really lacking pest control since the crawling came to the bed and woke me up at midnight...Management acts quickly to change me to a new one. But still a few small cocoroches can be found in the bathroom. After the cleaner's work, the problem has been solved. Location is basically convenient to restaurants, public transportation and supermarkets.

Maxim club looks like a cool place! Service is fine..but got upset with the Indian manager of that place..doesn’t matter what is the situation happening during the operation, but that’s not give him right to shout at the guest. He has very bad knowledge about how to talk in a good way with a people and how to solve the problems in the right way. Anyway thank you so much and wish you good luck !

It’s a 8-10 mins walk to Dubai mall (diagonally across, but includes a few road crossing), but quite a far walk to the train station (via Dubai Mall).

Stayed here for 4 nights on a visit to Dubai. The hotel and room I had were very clean, tidy & modern, the price paid was very reasonable. Staff at the hotel friendly & helpful. The hotel has a rooftop pool, a small gym and laundry facilities which are all free of charge. The hotel is a 10 min walk to both the green & red metro lines for travel around Dubai. The downside was in the evening the pool turns into a sheesha bar and the lady who runs it says she is not involved with the hotel, and charges a ridculously expensive amount of money for a drink (If I remember correctly approx 50 Dirhams for a can of coke) just so you can sit by the hotel pool in the evening. This put a sour taste in my mouth against the hotel. Don't recommed being sucked into that. Aside from that, a good experience
