"Uważam się za jednego z najstarszych klientów hotelu Mercure od wielu lat, kiedy budowano miasto nelspruit i jeden z powodów był dla lokalizacji i bycia jednym z najbardziej przystępnych i dobrze uznanych hoteli w tamtym czasie. Niestety, piszę jako konstruktywna krytyka, że nie mam takiej samej opinii, najpierw z powodu faktu, że pozostaje w stanie czasowym (czystość miejsca, dekoracja, usługi wifi i jakość usług) i głównie z powodu tego, co się stało w moim ostatnim pobycie. Mniej niż miesiąc, który, podczas pobytu przez kilka dni, został wypłacony w pełnym zakresie (4 dni), z innych powodów musiałyśmy wyjechać wcześnie dnia 2 . Zostaliśmy poinformowani na instrukcjach menedżera hotelu, że refundacja zostanie dokonana przez bank i tylko po 2 Tygodniami na naleganie przez e-mail odpowiedziano, że to nie byłoby możliwe."

The owner Jeremy was super friendly and very helpful - probably the nicest host we ever had :-) The rooms are spacious, very beautiful and have everything you need. "My friend and I booked a trip through a safari company and the first leg of our trip included two nights at the Zarafa. The photos of this accomodation looked amazing and when we arrived it exceeded our expectations. The staff and the owner were the most accommodating to our needs and organised breakfast to go for us on our early morning safari drive with some blankets. The villa itself is stunning and spacious. I wish we could have stayed at this beautiful place longer however we had to transfer to our next accomodation booked by our safari. I 100% recommend the Zarafa to anyone thinking about staying here, just booked it, couldnt recommend it enough!!! I will definitely be returning, thank you for an amazing stay Zarafa."

They include meals and the chef is absolutely amazing. From breakfast to dinner, everything was superb! Our stay here was a real treat and the perfect place to decompress and relax!!!! "A wonderful place near Kruger Park. The hostess was hospitable and the accommodations were excellent. We had a separate cottage with all the amenities, a delicious dinner, and breakfast. There were lots of games to play—pool, table football, chess, and more. There were cute animals wandering around. I highly recommend it."

Pros: - Znajduje się w parku Marloth, co oznaczało obserwacje zwierząt roamingowych. - Przyjazne pracownicy z doskonałą obsługą. - Pokój był przytulny, a łóżko było mocne i bardzo wygodne. - Śniadanie było przyzwoite i służyło w ładnym miejscu. - Próbowaliśmy obiad na 1 noc, który był 3-kursowym obiadem i kosztował 495 rand za pax. Jedzenie było przyzwoite i ładnie prezentowane. - Szkoła byłaby umieszczana na łóżku codziennie po sprzątaniu domu pokojowego, który był miły dotyk. Konsekwencje: - Temperatura prysznica była niezgodna, która była albo bardzo gorąca, albo bardzo zimna. - Ostatnia przestrzeń dróg prowadzących do lodge była słabo utrzymana, prowadząc do bardzo wyzwanej nawigacji."

"Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were mature and enthusiastic, and we had two private camp safaris daily, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, which were very well-organized. My only minor feedback is that the driver's knowledge of animal locations could be improved, as one entire afternoon safari was spent mostly observing birds. The hotel's three meals were very substantial. I would definitely choose this place again if I visit South Africa in the future."

"Beautiful room with a phenomenal view! Great location, about 20 mins from Kruger park. The space was large, spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary sherry, water, and milk in the room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond: they had dinner ready for me even though I returned after restaurant hours, and they kindly held my luggage the next morning when I had to leave at 5 a.m. The pool looked incredible, though unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it. Overall, an outstanding experience with wonderful hospitality and very well maintained grounds. I’d definitely stay here again!"
