„New hotel, with spotless facilities and friendly staff. It's very close to the Chengde South Station, which is handy for high speed trains - though is a bus ride or taxi ride away from downtown Chengde and the Mountain Resort area. (Bus 29 takes you down there, but takes a while). Breakfast was good, and there are snacks in reception wheel you come back. The restaurant is only open in the morning - no bar/other facilities, but there are places to eat/shop nearby, though the area feels very new and developing. It was a great choice for me as I came in and out of Chengde South Station and I used the hotel as my base.”

„The hotel location is strategic; many shops nearby the area. Apart from that, it's newly renovated with a huge size bedroom. It has a comfortable and clean king size bed with toilet, washroom and sink; all separated. We can open 3 pieces of luggage at the same time! Furthermore, it's a modern hotel embedded with robots to control the lighting, curtains, etc... The receptionist even arranges for a robot to deliver us a shower cap and bath towels (very advanced hotel). On the final day, the staff even called didi to fetch us to the airport, complimentary service. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and definitely chose this hotel again if we were to visit Chengde again although the breakfast is not fantastic but it doesn't matter to us. Recommend to stay!”

GGośćHotel is very centrally located near to commercial area so lots of food options. Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel is just 15 minutes walk to countty resort scenic area and short ride to the outer temples. The room is very spacious. Our room faces the road and in the daytime it is noisy with traffic and from various announcements and music from shops along the street. But at night it is very quiet. Breakfast buffet spread is good but mainly Chinese food. Will recommend this hotel just be aware of the noise in daytime.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

GGośćWent with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

The location is incredibly convenient, situated just around the corner from Wanda Plaza, which offers a variety of shops, including a well-stocked supermarket and a modern movie theater. This makes it easy to find everything I need within walking distance. The services provided by the hotel staff are outstanding, with the front desk team standing out in particular. They have demonstrated a highly professional attitude combined with a warm and hospitable mindset, making me feel very welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. Given this positive experience, I will surely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chengde.

GGośćOgólne doświadczenie przekroczyło oczekiwania 🎉 Umówiłem się z przyjaciółmi na weekendową przejażdżkę konną po tamie. We trójkę zarezerwowaliśmy Lu Suite w Zaandam Manor. Samochód może jechać bezpośrednio przed drzwiami pokoju. ⛲️ Cały dwór jest dość duży. Oprócz drewnianych domów i namiotów, na terenie dworku znajdują się konie i zielone drzewa, nie wspominając o tym, że otoczenie jest bardzo wygodne, a powietrze bardzo świeże, bardzo sprzyjające ucieczce z miasta dla wypoczynku w weekendy Istnieją również restauracje i miejsca do grillowania, aby po jeździe udać się do stadniny koni. Całkiem wygodnie jest móc zjeść pyszny posiłek po powrocie z konia. 🏠 Pokój jest wystarczająco przestronny i dobrze wyposażony. W nocy na łąkach jest jeszcze trochę chłodno. W pokoju jest olej i nie będzie Ci zimno. Wszystkie kosmetyki to suszarka do włosów L'Occitane oraz meble i pościel Dyson. Wszystkie wyglądają na całkiem nowe. Spanie na nich jest bardzo wygodne. Można powiedzieć, że właściciel jest ostrożny 👨 Obsługa również jest bardzo uprzejma i w zasadzie spełnia potrzeby gości. Lunch możemy zjeść również po powrocie o 14:00. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony. To doświadczenie przekracza oczekiwania i jest bardzo opłacalne. Przyjadę ponownie następnym razem!

Yyanghx_yhx酒店位置還可以，距離熱門景點幾公里路程，對面就是僧冠峯，衹可惜冬天好像不開放。而且緊鄰武烈河，在房間便可見河和山，算是山景房，河景房。 酒店附近特別近的飯館不多，有家呷哺呷哺火鍋，還有個生活廣場，裏面有一些小館子。本來還有一個超市，1月4日後搬走了。 酒店門口停車位置挺多，前台做好登記，住宿後停車免費。 酒店房間挺多，畢竟是五星級酒店，服務還是不錯的。酒店裝修雖然有點時間，但並不顯得陳舊。房間收拾得挺乾淨，也沒有異味，隔音效果也還不錯。房間大小還可以，就是老式裝修風格的房間設計的插電口太少，充電時得拔掉枱燈或其他電器。 酒店有餐廳，飯菜味道不錯，就是吃飯還要收取服務費有些不喜歡。 酒店早餐沒有想象得豐盛，本地的特色小吃有點太少，倒是羊雜湯還不錯。 整體住着還不錯。

GGośćI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
