Location is easily accessible. Lots of food varieties and touristy areas being just a stone throw away or a 10mins drive away. Service within the hotel is the best where they start from offering a warm cup of tea upon stepping into the hotel. The staff is a friendly as your personal concierge that look into your daily requirements! From offering different pillow type to sending personalised message card with mini fruit basket. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Chengde!

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. During check out the staff help us with our luggage And ran across the street to call us a-taxi very warming gesture. Room is clean and beautifully designed. Located just near chengde railway station. Food and shopping easily accessible.

This is my first time to stay at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience has been truly delightful. The location is incredibly convenient, situated just around the corner from Wanda Plaza, which offers a variety of shops, including a well-stocked supermarket and a modern movie theater. This makes it easy to find everything I need within walking distance. The services provided by the hotel staff are outstanding, with the front desk team standing out in particular. They have demonstrated a highly professional attitude combined with a warm and hospitable mindset, making me feel very welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. Given this positive experience, I will surely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chengde.

Lokalizacja jest dobra, w samym centrum miasta. Personel recepcji, pani Ella Xia, jest bardzo pomocny i wydajny. Hotel Breakfast to świetny wybór i miałem przyjemność spotkać się z panem Stephenem Yangiem, dyrektorem generalnym przez przypadek. Jest tak przyjazny i wesoły, wyjaśniając, gdzie iść i co zobaczyć. To może wyjaśniać, że jego wskazówki są naprawdę skuteczne dla zespołu zarządzającego tym hotelem. Gorąco polecam na rodzinne spotkania lub relaksujący wyjazd wakacyjny w tym konkretnym obiekcie hotelowym.

酒店位置還可以，距離熱門景點幾公里路程，對面就是僧冠峯，衹可惜冬天好像不開放。而且緊鄰武烈河，在房間便可見河和山，算是山景房，河景房。 酒店附近特別近的飯館不多，有家呷哺呷哺火鍋，還有個生活廣場，裏面有一些小館子。本來還有一個超市，1月4日後搬走了。 酒店門口停車位置挺多，前台做好登記，住宿後停車免費。 酒店房間挺多，畢竟是五星級酒店，服務還是不錯的。酒店裝修雖然有點時間，但並不顯得陳舊。房間收拾得挺乾淨，也沒有異味，隔音效果也還不錯。房間大小還可以，就是老式裝修風格的房間設計的插電口太少，充電時得拔掉枱燈或其他電器。 酒店有餐廳，飯菜味道不錯，就是吃飯還要收取服務費有些不喜歡。 酒店早餐沒有想象得豐盛，本地的特色小吃有點太少，倒是羊雜湯還不錯。 整體住着還不錯。

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
