Location is easily accessible. Lots of food varieties and touristy areas being just a stone throw away or a 10mins drive away. Service within the hotel is the best where they start from offering a warm cup of tea upon stepping into the hotel. The staff is a friendly as your personal concierge that look into your daily requirements! From offering different pillow type to sending personalised message card with mini fruit basket. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Chengde!

去大灘無數次了，個人有點小潔癖，所以每次去，都會找當地性價比高，環境好，衞生方面很好的酒店住。這次去，查看酒店發現了這家新開的，看起來不錯，抱着嘗試的態度，訂了兩個晚上。 到了以後發現，確實比以前住過的酒店，環境好，衞生也很好！安靜又乾淨，整體設計也很用心。 接待我們的小姐姐，人很熱情體貼，讓人幫忙把行李箱拿到房間，還給了我們一份小禮物。當天下雨，天氣有點冷，跟我們説：綠豆湯，你們今天先不喝了，一直放冰箱裏，太涼。我給你們拿了兩瓶飲料，送你們的。真的很體貼！幾天下來，我們有什麼需求，小姐姐都能及時幫我們解決。點贊！ 酒店是在當地村裡，房間外有陽台，一眼望過去，周邊的景色也很美！我們選的房間，朝南，早上起來，坐在陽台外，在微風下曬着陽光，秋高氣爽，真的太愜意不過了！！！喜歡😍ps：9月初草原早晚有點涼，早晚在陽台待着，需要穿件薄衣服。 而且，酒店距離周邊的景點，不遠，位置都比較適中，去哪兒都很方便。 關於吃飯：酒店就有餐廳。羊排分量真的很足，兩個人吃，會有剩餘。價格實惠量又大！我們這幾天吃飯，都在酒店餐廳裏吃。吃不完，阿姨還能幫我們保存起來，放冰箱裏，下次過來吃，還能幫忙熱一下。哈哈哈，主打一個經濟實惠又不浪費😄 體驗感不錯，下次再去大灘玩，還會再來！！

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

家人出遊，一共五人，預訂一個大床房一個三人間。新開的酒店，房間很大，很乾凈，床品舒適，淋浴水量夠大。樓下有充電樁，停車方便，對自駕遊客友好，自助早餐中規中矩，能吃飽。唯一吐槽的是我住的這間下水道有些不暢，退房時跟前台報修了，估計應該很快修好吧。

We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. The hotel location is strategic; many shops nearby the area. Apart from that, it's newly renovated with a huge size bedroom. It has a comfortable and clean king size bed with toilet, washroom and sink; all separated. We can open 3 pieces of luggage at the same time! Furthermore, it's a modern hotel embedded with robots to control the lighting, curtains, etc... The receptionist even arranges for a robot to deliver us a shower cap and bath towels (very advanced hotel). On the final day, the staff even called didi to fetch us to the airport, complimentary service. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and definitely chose this hotel again if we were to visit Chengde again although the breakfast is not fantastic but it doesn't matter to us. Recommend to stay!

春節期間帶着全家老小一起來北京山谷玩兩天！市區開車一個半小時左右抵達，車統一停放在停車場，酒店會派擺渡車來接，其實距離不是很遠，主要是行李比較多。 這次入住的青普既來酒店庭院b1房型，因為衹有這個户型是可以帶狗的，這樣的户型好像衹有五六套？還是我第一時間預訂上的哈哈，忘記拍照了，兩間卧室，一個廁所，客廳挺大的，前後兩個院子，還帶私湯泡池，院子裏還可以圍爐煮茶 夏天如果小浪花樂園開放，應該小孩子玩的地方更多，冬天衹有一個小型冰雪世界，喂喂羊駝🦙，食堂衹有一個，種類不多，味道中規中矩 來放鬆兩天還是可以的，尤其適合孩子還小不想長距離折騰的。 另外點贊一下酒店服務，大廳有很多小朋友的繪本，還可以拿回房間，看到還給等待的小朋友拿了棉花糖自己烤啥的。 還有我的管家於通，可以説是有求必應，迴應很及時，給孩子泡奶啥的需要的礦泉水比較多，直接給我們準備一大桶，很驚喜。最後回家發現落了東西，聯繫他馬上就給我找到説快遞寄到家，點贊！

帶家人打卡塞罕壩阿爾卡迪亞酒店，冬日親子游體驗直接拉滿！八旗主題房寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，孩子超喜歡房間裏的草原元素裝飾。周邊遊玩一路驚喜，甘丹託城的民俗展演讓孩子大開眼界，沉浸式瞭解滿蒙文化；烏蘭布統賞雪馬文化節上，駿馬踏雪、蒙古族服飾秀，孩子看得目不轉睛，還和小馬親密互動；多倫冬捕更是全家的快樂源泉，一起鑿冰、等待魚羣，收穫的鮮魚讓酒店加工後，鮮掉眉毛！酒店還貼心準備了小童暖飲和小零食，服務超貼心，全家都玩得超開心！

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

酒店位置還可以，距離熱門景點幾公里路程，對面就是僧冠峯，衹可惜冬天好像不開放。而且緊鄰武烈河，在房間便可見河和山，算是山景房，河景房。 酒店附近特別近的飯館不多，有家呷哺呷哺火鍋，還有個生活廣場，裏面有一些小館子。本來還有一個超市，1月4日後搬走了。 酒店門口停車位置挺多，前台做好登記，住宿後停車免費。 酒店房間挺多，畢竟是五星級酒店，服務還是不錯的。酒店裝修雖然有點時間，但並不顯得陳舊。房間收拾得挺乾淨，也沒有異味，隔音效果也還不錯。房間大小還可以，就是老式裝修風格的房間設計的插電口太少，充電時得拔掉枱燈或其他電器。 酒店有餐廳，飯菜味道不錯，就是吃飯還要收取服務費有些不喜歡。 酒店早餐沒有想象得豐盛，本地的特色小吃有點太少，倒是羊雜湯還不錯。 整體住着還不錯。
