„Niedawno miałem wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Hyatt Regency w Hajnanie. Hotel oferował przyjemną atmosferę, a mój pokój był wyjątkowo przytulny, z uroczą drewnianą podłogą, która dodawała mu domowego charakteru. Jednym z najważniejszych aspektów mojego pobytu był spokój panujący w hotelu. Cieszyłem się spokojnym otoczeniem, wolnym od hałasu z sąsiednich pokoi, co pozwoliło mi łatwo zasnąć. Było mi tak wygodnie, że zaspałem i obudził mnie dopiero dzwonek do drzwi, gdy przyszedł mój przyjaciel! Łóżko było niesamowicie wygodne. Dodatkowo hotel szczyci się imponującym śniadaniem w formie bufetu, które było punktem kulminacyjnym mojego poranka. Podsumowując, Hyatt Regency to fantastyczne miejsce na ucieczkę od miasta, idealne na relaks i regenerację sił.”

„This is the second time I stayed there. The first time was definitely more pleasurable in the two bedroom unit compared to the one bedroom unit. At some point some workers entered the room then ran away scared when they saw I was there. The office said they were surprised to see and guest and wanted to check to see if they needed to bring welcome fruit but no fruit was ever brought to the room. Also, last time they told me swim caps are needed for the pool but this time no on wore a swim cap. What are the actual rules? There was also a man on the beach who told me that people would come and shoot me because I’m American. I found this funny (and had nothing to do with the hotel) but it wasn’t comfortable being a female traveling alone”

„酒店的地理位置還不錯，出門就是海灘，周圍也有一些餐廳和便利店。房間不是面朝大海，基本沒有聽到酒吧的聲音，房間也會主動備好耳塞。 之前去過上海的花間堂，説實話這次的體驗有些不在自己的期待之內。抵達之前就收到酒店的提示，花間泊在景區裏面，因此自駕需要提前報備車牌號。打車的話，酒店是説提前五分鐘告知他們，他們會派人來接。但是當我快要抵達時，致電給酒店幾次，電話沒有被接通，衹能自己拖着行李箱走進去。離店時也是剛好碰到另外一組客人要離開，才知道酒店提供休閑車接送到景區門口。 歡迎水果可能是錯過了，並沒有收到。原本在前一天預約了海娜手繪活動，但去到當天被臨時告知老師請假了。雖然也得以自己嘗試手繪，但希望類似的事情可以處理得更好一些，比如能早點通知客人，好讓客人可以早點調整行程。浴室的水温不是很穩定，但問題不大。”

„Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well. Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!”

„🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs is the perfect place to relax.”

„Highly recommend the pool access room on the first floor of Wyndham Hainan Clearwater Bay Resort. We paid to upgrade at the front desk, and it was great value for money for a family trip. The balcony leads directly to the pool, so you can just step out and jump in. Most guests are families with kids, so the atmosphere is very relaxed. It also included a 2-hour paddleboard experience. The room was spacious and came with a baby bathrobe, kids' toiletries, and the service was very responsive. The hotel has several pools, but my favorite was the 11th-floor rooftop infinity pool with amazing sea views. You can feel the sea breeze and listen to music while admiring the entire blue ocean. In the evening, a dip in the pool is refreshing and therapeutic. The restaurant food was good too, and the pineapple ice is definitely worth trying. For families on a budget who want an easy and fun trip with kids, this is a no-brainer.”

„On my last day in Lingshui, I sat at the tatami tea table, gazing at the view outside the window that gradually shifted from blue to orange-pink, and suddenly felt reluctant to leave. The hotel's tatami suites perfectly embody the minimalist aesthetic of the Song Dynasty, incorporating the principles of simplicity and negative space into every inch. From the natural wood latticework and elegant cotton and linen curtains to the warm-feeling teaware, even the window frames resemble picture frames, making it feel like stepping right onto the beach. In the morning, I could walk barefoot on the soft white sand, and in the evening, the sound of the waves seemed like background music. The most delightful surprise was the private tatami tea table—perfect for boiling water, brewing local white tea, watching the sea, daydreaming, and waiting for the sunset. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the popular Shuikou Bridge road. The macaron-colored railings and pavement, paired with the blue sky and sea, make for stunning photos; it's also close to Xiangshui Bay, offering a tranquil escape from the crowds. The resort boasts a private outdoor swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, billiards room, children's playground, gym, and library—enough to easily while away an entire afternoon. Nearby water activities include surfing, jet skiing, banana boating, and yacht fishing—don't miss out! Fun! Exciting! Guests also enjoy exclusive discounts; the benefits we secured were truly substantial, even the instructors praised the price as ”incredibly worthwhile.” But what truly makes it memorable is the people here. Upon check-out, the receptionist chased after us with a bottle of ice water, reminding us, ”Remember to reapply sunscreen this afternoon,” her tone as warm as family. Every question was gently answered, every need carefully noted—such service is more heartwarming than the scenery. This hotel, imbued with Song Dynasty charm and genuine sincerity, is where I'll stay again next time I'm in Hainan, to drink tea, gaze at the sea, and reconnect with time.”

„What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location”

„Hotel is located in a quiet area with not much going on around it so if you are looking for a relaxing quiet stay then it's good. Rooms are quite clean and modern with a voice activated AI module. Swimming pool is huge and beach decent. Food options are limited though.”
