„The hotel entrance is hard to see as there's no obvious signage pointing direction, however the owner of the eating shops downstairs was kind enough to point us the way without us asking, I guess it's a norm for them to see travellers come with luggages wandering around looked lost. First, need to go to the alley next to the last shop of the row (selling donut), walk to the middle of the alley, there's a lot of claw machines along the way. And there's lift lobby in the middle of the building, without signage. The sign for the hotel is seen only in the lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bottles of drinking water, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and face towels are provided, however cotton bud, toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided. The bedrooms looked like the picture given by Trip.com.”

„There was 24hours convenient store in front of the hotel. The cabin was tidy and clean. Multi-national people was visit the hotel. The three elevators were fast. Breakfast was available at third floor from 0600 local time. One bottle of beer or soft drink was provided at the first day.”

„The hotel room was out of expectation. Comapred to the listing photos. Place was much smaller and squeezy. Table and chairs looked old and worn out. There was barely much space to move. There was no basic toiletries provided. Perks is that location is close to the train station.”

„Room Quality: The room was newly renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt modern and comfortable. Common Areas: Unfortunately, the main areas of the hotel are quite dated. They could use some updates to match the quality of the rooms. Check-In/Check-Out Policies: I found the policies regarding check-in and check-out to be very strict. It can be inconvenient for guests with varying travel schedules. Location Convenience: One of the best features is the convenience store, supermarket, and several restaurants located downstairs. Overall, while the room was great and the location convenient, the outdated common areas and strict policies were drawbacks.”

„As my final base in Taiwan following my Mt. Jade expedition, this motel was an absolute dream. It was a pleasure to find that the property completely matched the online pictures. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a pleasant setting. Crucially, the bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a much-needed deep slumber after my two-day hike. The top-notch bathroom was incredibly spacious, making my long, restorative shower a true luxury. This was a definite 5-star experience.”

„Hotel znajduje się w dzielnicy Zhongli w mieście Taoyuan, około dziesięciu minut spacerem od stacji kolejowej Zhongli i pięć minut jazdy od stacji metra Laojiexi. Jest około siedmiu minut jazdy od nocnego targu. Hol hotelowy jest czysty i schludny, a także ozdobiony lalkami z kreskówek Marvela, co jest bardzo urocze. Pokój był wygodny, ale wyposażenie było stare i nadal miało swój wiek. Z jacuzzi nie można było już korzystać. Higiena w pokoju była trochę niechlujna. Pościel była poplamiona krwią. Ponieważ zarezerwowaliśmy pokój na wiele nocy, poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, ale recepcja poinformowała nas, że pokój o tym samym poziomie był tego dnia zajęty. Platforma Trip.com wykonała dobrą robotę w tym zakresie i zrozumiała obawy gości. Poza nieco niezadowalającym outsourcingiem sprzątania, ten hotel jest dobry pod innymi względami, szczególnie gorące mięso na śniadanie, które ma różne style każdego dnia, aby zwiększyć świeżość gości, a jedzenie jest bardzo pożywne i smaczne. Ponadto są bezpłatne pralnie, parkingi itp. Jeśli chodzi o stosunek obsługi personelu recepcji, jest dobry, ale brakuje uśmiechu i pokrewieństwa. Jeśli hotel może poprawić powyższe problemy, wierzę, że będzie to dobry hotel. Nadal będę wybierał ten hotel.”

„Pros: --hotel with onsen and gym (but only some rooms include free use. Otherwise wise need to pay) --connected to a mall, although not a big one but enough for food and some shopping --15mins bus ride to mitsui outlet where there are more food choices and shopping. --near airport, only 20 mins by mrt. Cons: --45mins to taipei centre, where the buzz is. --hotel staff was nice to pack breakfast for us as we have early flights. But the paper bag has no handles. So quite a handful as we need to manage luggage and handcarry at the same time --taxi to airport, although near, is NT800 and took 30mins”
