在縣城有這樣的好酒店是意外驚喜 設施：停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，就是有一點點裝修味，開業𣎴久的酒店。 衞生：乾淨，淋浴房大，出水量大 環境：處於縣城中心邊上，實際衹有1.8公里，環境安靜舒適 服務：前台服務人員和樓層服務員熱情，唯一就是在酒店無法點餐吃飯，還好酒店有提供宵夜（麪條，粉，兜湯）

I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering department heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: ”It's almost the same, our employees eat there.” But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. Finally, we went to ”Xin Xiangfeng” for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage department, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department and the front desk staff in particular. I'd heard about the new five-star hotel in Taining and was really impressed upon arrival! The hotel is built into the mountainside, with the lobby and restaurant on the 7th floor. The guest rooms all overlook the lake, offering lake views that cascade down the hillside, somewhat reminiscent of the Shanghai Sheshan Wonderland Hotel – very unique. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a large bathtub in the bathroom – I loved it! The bathroom also features a separate shower and toilet. It was a wonderful vacation with my best friend. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The air conditioning was pre-set for dinner, making it warm and cozy in the freezing Taining. For lunch, we ordered a simple meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and the mixed fruit and pork belly – a perfect combination. The staff and chef even came to check on our preferences, which was very thoughtful. I forgot to take a picture of the afternoon's special 9.9 yuan coffee, but it was such a great deal! The coffee was authentic and incredibly fragrant, and it even came with a glutinous rice cake – such a high-value meal! I'm worried they might be losing money. 😘💪 In short, this trip to Bajian was totally worth it! 👍👍👍

滿分體驗！服務、早餐、房間無可挑剔 這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！👍 酒店的服務特別貼心，從辦理入住開始就感受到工作人員的熱情，態度温和又有耐心，有任何需求都能及時響應，讓人感覺特別舒服。 早餐種類豐富多樣，食材新鮮、味道在線，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，吃得飽又吃得好，開啟元氣滿滿的一天超合適~ 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，衞生間也打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得特別安穩。 整體性價比很高，地理位置也方便，不管是出行還是遊玩都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel.

新酒店，房間裏各項設施都很新，特別是空調製熱很棒，窗外可以遠眺江景和鷹廈鐵路往來的動車和列車。房間衞生打掃得很整潔，前台服務好，停車方便。早餐品種不多，味道一般。出門前往市政府、愛琴海商場等行政商業中心較遠，需以車代步。

Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

前台阿姨熱情招待，見我們帶有寶寶，送了新年禮物還有早餐券，停車場保安指揮停車很敬業，車到門口就馬上來問有什麼需要，可以停地下停車場，有電梯直達樓層。房間雖然舊一點，但是設施都正常使用，衞生搞的乾淨，特別誇獎這個酒店的電梯非常快，可惜英文不行，沒認出什麼品牌。離泰寧古城不遠，晚飯後去走走非常愜意。

每次回寧化老家，首選都是天鵝國際大酒店。位置方便，離家近，停車也方便。房間乾淨舒服，床睡得踏實，像回家一樣安心。前台和服務員都很熱情，態度温和，讓人覺得很親切。早餐種類多，還有家鄉味道，吃得很滿足。整體環境安靜又體面，探親住這裏真的太合適了，五星推薦！

結束下午三場的客户會議，拖着微沉的步子推開酒店房門時，鼻尖先撞上一縷若有若無的淡香——不是濃烈的香氛，倒像是陽光曬過的棉織物混着檸檬草的清冽。房間裏的光線柔和不刺眼，淺灰牆面與原木傢俱泛着温潤的光，最直觀的踏實感來自床品：米白貢緞被單平展得沒有一絲褶皺，枕套邊角壓出的摺痕都帶着規整的儀式感。衞浴間的鏡面沒有水漬，瓷磚縫隙泛着剛擦過的亮澤，連淋浴區的地漏都乾乾淨淨，看不見一點毛髮。書桌上的礦泉水瓶身擦得能照見人影，充電線、便簽紙按功能分門別類擺成小方陣。出差最怕的“將就感”在這裏被揉碎了——乾淨不是刻意的整潔，而是讓人放下戒備的安心，彷彿這方空間早就在等你，把一路的風塵與疲憊，都輕輕接住。
