„The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.”

„I chose this place because of its excellent location, directly opposite the entrances to Changping Valley and Haizi Valley. It's incredibly convenient if you're planning to hike either of those trails. From my room, I could directly see the queue for Changping Valley, and after a grueling hike in Haizi Valley, it was a huge relief to just cross the road and be back at the guesthouse. Compared to other establishments in this area, the room facilities were probably the best at the time of my visit (though there might be better ones now). The laundry and drying facilities were also very convenient, with commercial-grade machines. The service was quite good; whenever I had a question, the front desk staff usually provided detailed solutions and were very friendly. If you're too tired after hiking, you can also eat at the guesthouse. The food was decent, and the prices seemed comparable to nearby restaurants. I get the feeling the manager or owner is very dedicated; I always saw him in the lobby, which suggests he genuinely wants to make this place a success. I do have a few minor suggestions: the bathroom sink area lacks a countertop, so there's nowhere to put a small trash can, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there's no splash guard behind the sink, so water easily splashes onto the nearby bed. The light switches in my room were wired incorrectly, so turning lights on or off was a guessing game every time (this might just be an issue with my specific room, and the owner could look into it). There were no bath mats, and the shower area wasn't recessed, so water easily spilled out. We had to use disposable bath towels as makeshift mats (it feels like the owner might have been short-changed during renovation here). The windows also leaked easily during rain, which over time could lead to significant water damage. I understand that running a guesthouse in a place like Siguniangshan might have its challenges, but these are just suggestions. If you're looking for a picturesque spot for photos, this place is perfect. Every day, I saw people taking photos in the lobby on my way out, and again when I returned in the evening (｡ì _ í｡). My room faced the mountain directly, and at night, the gentle sound of the stream provided a soothing white noise for sleep. Although it's by the road, there's very little traffic at night, so it's quite peaceful.”

„Love it! We spent 1 night here. Very good service. Room is beautiful. View is stunning of trees in the mountain. Location is great! Defenitely recommended. The very kind lady here helped us with room service. Breakfast is delicious.”

„Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.”

„Jaw-dropping mountain views set the tone for an incredibly romantic early spring stay. Waking up to snow-covered peaks outside our room felt almost unreal, and the restaurant was even more panoramic. The interiors were manicured and cosy with every space designed to frame the surrounding mountains. The amenities were luxe from the Dyson hair dryer to Havaiana flip flops and Voss water, and the complimentary arrival treats were a lovely touch (the little tea cake was delicious). Breakfast and the hot pot dinner were also great and perfect for the cold mountain weather. If you’re visiting Mt Siguniang, this is the kind of place that turns the trip into something really special rather than just somewhere to sleep. Highly recommend”

„This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, just a short walk to the entrance of Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient and saving us from having to rush early in the morning. The hotel facilities are very new, and the room amenities are complete. The whole-room diffused oxygen supply was a great experience, the bedding was comfortable, and parking was convenient. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive, always patiently helping to resolve any issues. Both the facilities and the service attitude are top-notch. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniangshan!”

„This hotel stay was fantastic, and I was very satisfied overall! It's one of the best chain hotels in Xiaojin. The laundry room is especially convenient, with washing, drying, and ironing services all available, which is incredibly practical for both short and long-distance travel. The hotel breakfast, while not extensive, was very refined, and the coffee was particularly delicious. Highly recommended! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile, making us feel very welcome.”

„We had a reasonably good stay at this hotel. The room was a good size, clean, lots of media entertainment options on the TV, and the oxygen generator was very much appreciated. The staff were friendly enough. One thing we didn’t like is there are no proper towels - just the disposable paper ones they replace once a day. The hotel is very close to the entrance of the main valley, which is very convenient. Getting to and from the other valleys might take a little preparation since there is no online taxi service and we mostly had to wait on the roadside for a transport to take us. We stayed for 3 nights, which was a mistake. There is very little in the area other than the valley entrance, more hotels, and very bad restaurants. There is only one main road in the area which is very loud and dusty: all the hotels are lined up along it. I recommend staying further east in the village by the other valley entrances as there is much more going on and better food choices.”

„I have a beautiful room overlooking the mountains. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. However, the room can be very cold as the floor heating was insufficient to warm up the room when the temperature dipped to negative degrees and it's snowing outside. However, the staff was kind enough to bring me a small heater. The road to the lobby from the room may be icy and slippery on snowy days. I enjoyed the warmth and hospitality from the staff and will recommend this homestay.”
