„Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day! Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room.”

„The hotel is super cozy with the mountain view of Changpingou front from your room, very well interior stylist and nicely decorated. Inside is sparkling clean from the bathroom to the lobby area. We really had a great stay and would like to stay more in future. The hotel also offers a daily afternoon set of tea/coffee with seasonal local fruits and snacks. This was the good fulfill after a long day in national park. Also having heated floor, heated mattress, hot tub, daily refill mini bar&snacks&apples, aromatic set of amenities for bathroom and dinner was tasty! The location is 500m away from Changpingou entry and about 30mins by car to Shuangqiaogou which hotel suggest us to take a local taxi and return the fares back. And 1.5km away from bus station. Everything was so perfectly and there is no comment for here only wish them keep this standardized.”

„English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.”

W hotelu jest własna restauracja, gdzie można jeść lokalne żarcie, a w Guangdong pierwszy raz z miasta, w dwudziestu stopniach, do placu pustyni, gdzie nisko zero, musi być pieczone wołowina, kurczak zupa z wołowiną. „This stay was surprisingly amazing, exceeding all expectations. First off, the room was super clean and tidy, and we could see snow-capped mountains from the window. It even had a private hot spring (which the owner meticulously disinfects). Secondly, I have to commend the exceptional service. Even though the staff, especially one lady, was clearly busy, she was incredibly attentive to every detail. When we arrived at the scenic area entrance, the guesthouse driver actually walked over with an umbrella to find our car. Later that evening, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the guesthouse promptly provided oxygen and Coca-Cola. We had hotpot for dinner at the guesthouse, and it was absolutely delicious – easily on par with, if not better than, what we had at Changping Valley the next day. For this price, it's an absolute steal! Highly recommended!”

„At present, Xiaojin County has the best hardware facilities. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. Although there is an elevator, they still help carry the luggage and send it to the room. This hotel is surrounded by its own orchard. Different fruits can be enjoyed for free in different seasons. We stayed in just plums and ripe bamboo shoots, and we were full for free. Afternoon tea and two cups of milk before going to bed were also given. When I left, I also sent a pack of drinks and snacks to eat on the road. The parking lot of my own is very large and there are charging piles, which is very friendly for self-driving tours.”
